WHO: Kee/Kyme/Inarolyn/Iaz/Janks/Len/Neicom

WHERE: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kee (all the above are also FA accounts that she has hopped between, but Kee is her current).

WHAT: Tracing. Most of the traces are partial and have been "frankensteined".

WHEN: This has been going on for awhile from what I have been able to figure.

EXPLAIN: Again, I was asked to post this here by several people after compiling multiple instances of her tracing of recent. A lot of people felt a public warning should be made, since she jumps accounts quite frequently. She's also traced several times in the past, but I haven't been able to locate the originals.

Almost all the traces have been of artists whom she's watching, the only exception being my own art.

There were a few others that were TCBY commissions that I am certain were traced, but I never saved the files.

As is evidenced, her anatomy flipflops from really well done, to filled with errors. If anyone can provide originals for some of the suspected traces, it'd be appreciated as well. NO ONE improves that greatly in a five month period, drawing as rarely as she does. I don't think everything she uploads/draws is traced, but much of it is.

There is no WAY any of the above have been distorted, as I did use the shift key as I was told.

I don't think its right that someone is going to get a warning for overlays which were squished/stretched to fit. Even if you did not do it intentionally, it has been shown clearly that there is some form of manipulation that happened to the images in the overlays, therefore it is not "real" proof because the images DO NOT line up without the manipulation that occurred.

Whether it was an accident or not... I think it's wrong that this person is going to get in trouble for this now, when the evidence was manipulated. If the manipulation was negligible and it still lined up with or without it, it'd be one thing... but they don't line up without it.

It doesn't matter if you show how you did the overlays. What matters is without the manipulation that happened on your end they DO NOT match.

Therefore, accidental or not, there is no real proof of tracing or frankensteining here.

It most certainly was not intentional (though I doubt anyone would believe that, since it seems many want to now paint me in a bad light).

I did add an edit to the original post last night letting it be known that I was redacting my claims well before anyone else started saying that they looked distorted.

First of all, I don't really know you. Second, I don't know the person the beware is about either. You two could be brother and sister for all I know.

I'm not saying this because "omg drama" or because I hate someone, and I am glad you are taking back what you said, but I do think it's wrong that this person is now going to have a mark on their "record" for doing this and a warning for having done it when in fact no such "crime" took place and the evidence provided was faulty.

I believe that it happened on accident, I forget to constrain proportions when I resize things all the time, but I think that you should tell the admins that you were wrong too.

Maybe you don't understand how the internet works--some artists make much of their money online. Entire businesses are online only. Hell, posts like this are legally libel that smears someone's business name. In the end, it's not "just the internet." This is a very serious accusation.

I was leaning towards that as well until I saw some posts above which showed that the images used by acorn in the overlays were squished/stretched to fit the other drawings. It may be on accident, but the pictures dont match without manipulation.

This isn't StormsLegacy expecting an apology, they are responding to the person above saying that A_B as a whole "seems silly" and "get your panties in a bunch".

Bias is an inclination to present or hold a partial perspective at the expense of (possibly equally valid) alternatives. Bias can come in many forms.
You're evidence is not strong in this case, and because of your personal feelings towards the OP, you refuse to recognize it. The people on this community have argued and refuted much of your evidence but you continue to stand by and claim you are right because of your own bias

A conflict of interest (COI) occurs when an individual or organization is involved in multiple interests, one of which could possibly corrupt the motivation for an act in the other.
The people on your FA journal chiming in to agree with you have a COI about this issue because they are already you're watchers and loyal fans. Many people in this community who you presented your evidence to and don not agree with you do not have a COI in this case.

Hope that clears up some of the confusion, but I doubt it will because I think you're pretty staunchly past reason at this point.

Woah this entry got crazy fast. I don't think she meant it as a grudge post, but I can easily see why it's viewed that way. Unfortunately just not enough evidence for people and she mis-interpreted the differign opinions.

Do you think apologizing or "retracting your statements" while continuing to post in your journal about the subject should just erase that you performed a very poor choice of action? Do you think real life works that way? That apologizing removes consequences?

I only speak for myself, not A_B, but what I expect from you is to change your behavior, not do it again and behave professionally. Admit that you were wrong and apologize to the artist you accused. I expect you to stop defending your behavior and just take what comes.

Congratulations? I have no idea what you're expecting me to say. Apologizing doesn't change your initial accusation or the deception in the examples you provided. It's not hard to notice that you only apologized after you examples were proven false--despite your "retracting your statements" last night.

I really don't know what you expect me to say or do, since you seem to be getting worked up over it regardless of the fact that I retracted my statement last night and apologized today.

Wow. Ok, I can completely see someone distorting a bit by accident, every time I resize something it can be a little longer, squished, but just a little bit. These though? They're so squished and stretched that I find it really hard to believe she didn't notice what so ever that they weren't done well.

Considering the fact that I've been sick with a flu since the 17th and suffering sinus migraines, I have not been as aware of things as I would have been if I was in full health.

Again, I've apologized and retracted my allegations last night, well before others began to create their own overlays.

An honest question here: isn't it just as simple for an artist to stretch a piece of art before tracing too? It only seems like they were stretched vert or hor., I was expecting something one end to be small and the other large, or something like that.

Oh wow. Yea, I don't know how you could "accidently" distort all of those to where they just happen to match up.

I've tried matching up most of these (the SWF ones anyawy), and the only one I could get to match without distorting was 3b, which was just a straight line anyway. There's some serious dishonesty here.
