"Artists Beware"

Onto my last note,

I have NEVER declined a refund to him. Ever, it's against my moral code and even my T.O.S .

As you can see, it says "UNLESS, I have NOT STARTED on your commission you may NOT get a refund."
I promise you I didn't sketch out ALL 10 chibis. I would have gladly refunded him if he told me that's what he

wanted.

A while back, it was in messenger when we discussed this, earlier 2011, we were talking about a refund, I did

indeed tell him I couldn't afford it, because I litterally couldn't. I couldn't just pull the $40 out of nowhere, I

DID indeed tell him I would pay him back if that's what he wanted; that I'd give him the money when and as soon as

I got it, but he told me that he really just wanted his art.

that I did indeed intend to offer a refund. And that has never been any different.



After all of this, and even before some of it, I'm sorry for over reacting when I did, it was uncalled for and I

was unprofessional at times. I do admit to being disorganized, I have indeed shut down my commissions, I have not

accepted any more money or any new commissions. I have been working hard on my backlog/queue.

I will NOT accept anymore commissions until it is done.

If you have read all of this and still do not want to commission me, I don't blame you in the slightest. ~ In fact,

I encourage you to hold strong to your opinions. But just make sure it's for the right reasons, I mean no one's

forcing you to commission me, but you shouldn't pick your artists on someone else's opinon. I swear that I have

given the truth and nothing but the truth, I know that holds about 0 proof in itself, but again, it's your choice

and opinions that influence you to believe me.

I have had 0 ill feelings in this comment, I only feel that it is my duty to repair ONLY what I have broken, and

learn from my mistakes. That being said, unless I mis-typed something in my comment or did not make something

clear, I have said what I wanted to say, shared my side of the story, and the only things I will be further saying

is if anyone has any questions about what I just mentioned (me not making thigs clear enough, etc.)
