I had kinda the same issues when I worked at Lowes. Guys asking for my number, coming through my register multiple times in one day [one guy came back to buy A TINY $1 CACTUS and admitted he only did it to come back through my line]. I was passed notes [when I facebooked that guy's full name, it said he was married].
Buuuut those guys weren't calling me multiple times a day, leaving me voicemails, showing up at my work just to stand next to my register OR telling me I looked sad and asking if I'm on drugs. There's a clear difference in his behavior from the general creepy-work-dude behavior. And work dudes don't have any of your personal information.
