I don't know if this helps at all, but I just feel like the offer of 70 pages of sketches as a commission sounds like.. overkill for anyone in a workload. Some people are fast sketchers but I'd be a bit worried still if I expected an artist to do that as a single commission. Maybe it's just me but I never heard of such a daunting workload for the price of $150.
