I work in a coffee shop and we can accidentally charge the price of a large when the customer asked for a medium or a small, whatever. Its a simple mistake, and very correctable. Usually these customers get the correct charge as well as an apology and, if they seem extra miffed, a coupon for a free beverage. Its the company's policy on ensuring all customers are happy when leaving the store. If stellary was selling multiple adoptables I could totally understand her mistake, I've done it before as well, you end up quoting the wrong price because you've just got too many prices to keep track of. However, when corrected an apology should have been offered, not an attitude and a snide remark. Honestly, if she had told me "whatever just send the money" I would have told her to forget it and sell it to someone else. I'm the one with the money and I can very easily take my business elsewhere.
Hopefully her current job will teach her customer service.
