Bad bidder

Cryz on Furbid (cryz@ayenee.org). Used the Buyitnow option, then sent lots of info on her characters. Things went great until I sent a very small, low rez sketch, she stopped answering my emails. I've sent a few emails, and generally have given up that she'll ever pay me. Glad I don't give out high rez sketches, which I have a hunch was what she was after, free art.

Just a heads up, or if anyone else has dealt with this user before and can share some info, I'd love that as well.

I was going to see if /maybe/ someone knew something about her. I'd hate to say "OMG Bad bidder" if it turns out she was in the hospital or something. I'm gonna give it a few more days, then drop the feedback bomb if I don't hear from her, or hear anything else about her.

This person bought a couple commissions from me at the same time on Furbid, over a month ago. We hadn't even gotten to the stage of discussing what s/he wanted; Requested me to send her a money request over paypal, I did so, haven't heard from her since Feb 13th.

I'm thinking something must have happened to her; I haven't seen trace of them since then.

Very odd. I'm gonna do a serach for the email and see if anything comes up, maybe an LJ or website can offer some insight.

Only thing I can find of hers is a membership of a forum which is where she got her e-mail account as well.

For sure, she won't be getting perfect 10 on furbid from to say the least..though I am cutting her a little slack at least and not jumping right away to thinking she just wanted free art.

Eh, know this person fairly well (though not personally, that's what happens when you use a consistant id and personality), used to live on the east coast, maryland, now lives in texas...want to say one of the big cities...probably the big D. I believe, is a royal bitch ... Tends to lie out the wazoo...said she races camaro(s)...not thoroughly impressed with her car knowledge. I know very little and I could still tell her she was wrong...

Thanks goodness, I can imagine if she suddenly needs the money for her baby, but that doesn't mean she can't mail you and explain and apologize. I see too many people using their pregnancy as an excuse to avoid basic adult responsibilities and getting away with it.

I don't have any contact info beyond what you folks have. Sorry. And I highly doubt, given our past, she'd even respond to anything I sent. I'd give it a shot if I thought it'd do some good, but it won't.

Best to just black-list her and move on (and thank god you didn't send her any hi-res).
