here we go, prehaps its a coincidance? a pose is a pose. I tryed lining them up , some things don't fit exactly. Mostly the scale work, style and tail are the things that match. I'm not good at lining things up.

this person had taken credit once for a Reeves's scraper foil kit and called tracing a vidio game screencap "referancing"

One could argue that BOTH of the first two images borrow from this rather well-known work: http://www.dragonsofjustice.org/images/Gal_BlackDragonOnRocks.jpg

Touche.

But I also think that in this time and age, it's SO hard to be original in anything because it's 2006. What hasn't been done somewhere in some way? Two people who've never met, never seen each other, and never seen each other's art could have very similar images. Just my opinion. >.>;

But yes, I do still believe in art theft. Before anyone asks. XD

I highly doubt that. There's really no similarities with that image and the two linked above...The wings are in the same position, yes, but a lot of pictures now-a-days have their dragon's wings positioned that way. It's not very uncommon.

easy to say it's a copy when you don't show the one it's "ripping" off ...

ah-ha, I see it now.

yeah, I agree, I wouldn't say it's a trace, but a few details, like the expression, the coil/overlap of the tail tip and the way the spike-fin on the tail changes directions where it curves indicate a copy to me. looks like a palette rip, too.

and what's wrong with its hands :(
