A mistake.

Ok you have your first cheap fursuit off Furbid.
And have a little work done to improve it.
So I thought who could do it at a fair price.
I had talked to Fallimar than Whitewolf.
Just before I was about to pick whitewolf at the time,
a fur claimed his soon to be bf could do as good of a job
as her and cheaper too!
So I thought cool!
So when whitefurred wolf moved to Waco with ty bunny,I asked to see a head.
I was shown a foamed rabbit head.It looked ok.And a fur I knew said he was having a partial made by him.
I thought great.So I started sending him payments in April.
All was good for a while.He was on yim and told me my head was going good.
He said his webcam was broken so he couldnt show me the progress.
I was ok with that.THEN,his bf left,his roomate moved,and they moved.
After this I was given no new address,word on the head,and little updates...
I havent heard from him since the third of November!
He claimed my head and some of his stuff was in his car he had to leave!
I later found out ty was good at lying and making up excuses out of his ass!
I tried calling his cel number no one ever answered!
One fur plans to take legal action against them soon.
They know live in San Antonio.
DO NOT commission TYLER HERREL OR VOS REED FOR ANYTHING!
THEY are not to be trusted!
I am now going with Fallimar as the maker.
She is very honest and good in her communication skills and reputation!

While I can see why you'd be worried about your fursuit, a month really isn't that long to have just given up on him. Even if he is lying as to how far along the head is, I'd still wait a bit longer before paying for another one. Email him a deadline, demand a partial refund, or do something else along those lines -- maybe there's still some way to get some of your money back.

Well I wanted it by the second week of October.
THAT was the promise I said that in April.
AND he wont respond to my emails.

He might be more inclined to answer if you were to demand a refund though, or if you specifically mentioned that legal action against him, and hint that you're thinking of making a case against him as well. Be sure to talk to him in a POLITE manner, free of emotion, and state that without a refund or your head, there'll be actions taken against him. He's not likely to respond if you took the same tone as you did in your post here, whether he's in the wrong or not.

Yeah, I'd say let him know you're cancelling this and wanting a refund. If you haven't said something, how is he going to know you're not happy with his work?
