4. Details (Here's where you tell us why they are so awesome! What made the transaction go so well? Perhaps link to the art or suit you bought/sold if you feel like sharing. Please mark NSFW if the subject matter is adult!!): I reserved a speedpainting commission slot last night, and the finished piece was in my inbox this morning. WHOAH. I had a couple little problems with it and asked if revisions were possible. She happily complied, and amazed me by having the revisions done within a few hours. :O The level of service I have received is highly commendable, and the piece itself was adorable and a real steal for the price.
Her slots tend to fill up really fast, but it is definitely worth lurking around her page to snag a slot! This is the third time I've commissioned miss Falvie and I daresay it won't be the last.

3. Mid July and the work was completed within a few days(I work fairly fast).
4. Donovan noted me via FA about a commission. He was very easy to communicate with and was able to explain what exactly he wanted. He's polite and I would say he has been one of the better people to commission me.

Blutfuss / GoreAndLoathing was offering pay-what-you-want deviantART Points commissions and I commissioned her. VERY VERY nice, friendly, fast, very good communication, shows you WIPs. I actually ended up becoming friends with her because she was so darn friendly and she and I enjoyed similar interests! First commission was a fullbody with a simple background; second was a ref sheet.

3. Approximate time period of when you did business with this person: Several times over the course of this year so far. I'd say March to Now and I'll probably do lots more in the future :)
4. Details: Niiku has done several wonderful Pern-themed commissions for me this year - a full illustration and several colored headshots for various characters. Her prices are very reasonable, her turnaround is fantastically quick, and her art is gorgeous and colorful. Despite her profile, she actually *is* taking commissions right now, so you should totally note her if you're looking for some Pern artwork.

4. I opened a journal asking for quick flat color trades and this user approached me. I said yes, and we worked out the details in notes. She was really sweet! Her turnaround was also very quick and she sent me a sketch to make sure everything was correct. I loved trading with MagicalZombie and she has amazing art on top of that. She did my character well and I hope I get to trade with her again very soon!

3. July 19th
4. Morticia and I worked out a pony design trade in a journal and we gave each other sea creatures to work with to base the designs off of. I told her I love goldfish and koi, and she told me she loves octopi. I made a design and she loved it, and she was really quick and fun to work with. She made an awesome design in turn: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8453846/ I also made a new friend while working with her, which I think is a plus.

3. July 31st
4. Opened a journal for design trades, and Wuvvums and I got together to work this time! We discussed ideas and she gave me a nice range of ideas. I finished my half within a day and so did she, and we were both happy with the results.
Here's her end: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8545341/
She was very polite and friendly, and she was clear and concise with what she wanted in a design. Definitely recommended if you like simple cute art with a toon flair.

3. June 27th
4. I've worked with Moondelle many times before, and always had a great outcome. I commissioned her for a non-anthro reference sheet of my character Aurelia. She's always friendly and easy to work with. And the reference sheet turned out wonderfully!

Kelaruj
Date: 2012-08-01 11:54 pm (UTC)2. http://www.furaffinity.net/user/kelaruj
3. Commission requested/approved/paid for/otherwise started on July 9, 2012. Completed and posted to artist's FA gallery on July 10. (!!!)
4. Kelaruj is apparently one of those "this is a sketch!?" artists who can fart out astoundingly good work like it's nothing. I saw a journal advertising $5 sketches (with a comment that the prices had been determined based on that being about 30-45 minutes' worth of work) with some examples that looked way better than that description made it sound, so I got in on that and paid $10 for two slots. The very next day, I had http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8387200/ and http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8387370/ (mature for tasteful nudity, though nothing explicit is shown.) WHAT :O
Also, very friendly and nice. The communication almost wasn't relevant since I literally had the finished "sketches" the next day anyway, but for what it's worth, that was good, too.

3. Approximate time period of when you did business with this person: Started back in January with one comic. Now I am working for him on a LONG term project, from May 10th or so until probably years in the future.
4. Details: Gray originally commissioned me to make a comic out of his short story "Convent Kitties," an NSFW adventure of two Siamese cat girls who get sent to a Catholic boarding school. He was super awesome at paying on time (we did three chapters and he paid right up front before each one).
Convent Kitties (https://inkbunny.net/poolview_process.php?pool_id=8950) NSFW - My only issue was that the girls (and one they meet) are underaged by at least a year or two. Though this is not Grays fault at all. I didn't read the entire story before taking on the commission. :) I think this project went well otherwise.
A little while after that was concluded, he decided to contract me to turn his epic (100 chapter) story into a comic. We update on Mondays so he gets one page per week. He and all the readers are thrilled so far. Gray is so awesome that he even offered to pay me MORE per page than I was asking. I am very pleased with his generosity and his enthusiasm for how I am adapting his work.
Tinas Story (https://inkbunny.net/poolview_process.php?pool_id=10743) (no adult content yet, but there will be soon)
He is an A+++ customer in my books!

4. Details): Pierre has a very cute, rounded art style. He offered $10 blinking icons so I snatched up a slot. He sent a still frame to make sure everything looked good before he animated it. I had a couple of small changes and he fixed it up without any trouble. I am very pleased. :)

4. Details: Had very quick responses to any and all questions and was very prompt and professional. Had a sketch for us (for a two character piece) in roughly 24 hours. Prices were more than reasonable and the speed was excellent! (I actually commissioned her because of last month's (I think?) positive reviews post).

3. Approximate time period of when you did business with this person: June
4. Details: The artist is incredibly sweet and very punctual about keeping her clients up to date. She puts a lot of time and effort into her work, and it shows! She was also more than willing to fix the (very few) flaws that we found in her approval sketch. She also captures characters' personalities very well in her pieces and has no problem posing more than one character. I'm looking forward to commissioning her again!

3. My fiancé and I have both commissioned her several times since 2010, the most recent piece (a background for Rek's YouTube channel) being finished about three months ago. :>
4. I first met her on GaiaOnline back in 2012 in a thread where I was looking to buy artwork from people for gold; the rough sketches she showed me were so amazing that I went ahead and commissioned her. She was such a sweetheart and always kept in touch throughout the whole transaction that I decided to commission her again for a picture of my fiancé's unicorn character. Every now and then we both like to go back to her to commission her, and every single time she's always kept in touch and has been an absolute pleasure to work with! We've never had a problem with her and she always gets her commissions done fast and keeps us updated with lots of WIPs along the way. The details she puts into each of her pieces blow me away every time, and I definitely recommend her to everybody and anybody I can!

3: April 9 - June 4
4: Yume is an artist I admire and she was offering commissions on her page for an absolutely -fantastic- price, so I inquired about a pencil sketch commission. She quickly got back to me that there would be a wait, but if I gave her details she'd be glad to put me on her list. Not minding the wait at all, I provided her with the roughs I made, clothing references, and a textual description. Not only did she say she'd enjoy the commission thanks to what I gave her, but the results were faster than I expected and amazing! She even tossed in some color wash for free! Be warned, the image in the link is -huge-.
