EXPLAIN: First off yes I did hide my comment. I had written "No need to spazz out, I was just thought it was funny I knew where this was from no need to escalate S**t though." (because she got very defensive with me)  I hide it because It had the S word and didn't think it was appropriate for this site. 

Okay so what happened (Sorry I've never posted one of these before), I was browsing new content and saw this picture. I commented  (which you can see above). I just thought it was funny how I recognized it right away. As you can see from the other picture above (the two in comparison) You can clearly see she traced this. I didn't come right out and say it but you can see from the pictures she is obviously lying and got defensive.  I asked her give credit to leg avenue for their picture. I waited a little bit but she has yet to do so. I was talking to a friend about this and they suggested I put this up because of the fact she sells art. She takes commissions and I just want to warn future commissioners that there is a possibility they may get traced art.

I don't know how she can tell you with a straight face that it's not traced. The pose, the proportions, the positioning of hands and fingers are exactly identical.

Have you raised a trouble ticket? I'd have to double-check FA's TOS but I'm reasonably certain tracing is a bannable offense.

I found it - it's against the AUP to submit traced art.

You'd need to link photo as well as the artwork, and thaily's overlay would be the clincher.

No, it's glaringly obvious that they don't understand anatomy and proportion. Funky looking heads often give away photo traces.

Yepp, I think it's because they even traced the chin/head but gave their version huge anime eyes and changed the direction of the facial features all around - thus the head seems like it should be much bigger both because the eyes are way huge and so the lower face and stuff is like half the size of the model's, also because anime usually makes heads bigger than IRL humans so we expect it to be a little bigger just from the style alone. Double whammy!
