Yep, she was /supposed/ to, but all Vani does is buy a bunch of anime crap and draw fanart. She doesn't draw any of the commissions she owes, throws a bunch of guilt-trips and life stories when I inquire, and whine about college.
She also told me that she has absolutely nothing keeping her from not finishing it for another several years because she 'promised no exact time it would be finished', or that she was told that by her councelor. So basically, because there was no 'signed contract that says it has to be compelted during a certain time' I have absolutely no right to badger her....LOL.
