"Artists Beware"

Back around the middle of February I was offering fursuit partials and was commissioned by Kotto. Now, she isn't a terrible commissioner but she is a bit of a nuisance. She would e-mail me several times, sometimes numerous times a week, asking for updates and progress pics. When I finally posted a pic of her head she said she wanted more pictures. Then she started e-mailing about getting the suit shipped to her. Eventually I got to the point where I felt so harrassed by her that I completely stopped responding to her e-mails. Another one of my commissioners is friends with her IRL, and when they would e-mail me and get a reply, she would instantly start e-mailing me again. At one point she even posted on my DA asking if anyone had seen me. (http://trikkeh.deviantart.com/) She even made the comment on my FA that said "When are you sending out the other fursuits that you "finished"?" (http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/778726/) Which I think is all around crappy of her to say "finished" when she has seen a pic. She even complained about the shipping costs.

"I can send it to you through paypal I guess. i just got that sorted out. I'm just very disappointed that it's taken this long to get it out and find it surprising that it'll be $40."

FYI, I charge $40 shipping to EVERYONE inside the US. None of my other commissioners complained about it. I lived out in the country at the time so I had to drive into town, buy the shipping materials, and mail it off.

Now I WILL admit that I was very slow getting this fursuit finished and mailed off but the deadline agreed on WAS a "few weeks before AC." So technically speaking I did meet it. However, I felt so stressed and ticked off for the last few months that I didn't even touch the other suits on my queue. In fact, I have decided to refund all of them because A) I can no longer meet their deadlines and B) With them all being RL friends I just can't handle the pestering anymore.

So anyway, it's like I said, she isn't a terrible commissioner. She is just a nuisance. So if she commissions you expect her to be on your back throughout most of it.
