I just saw in the FA fourms where this issue of her forming a new username there has been brought up. She has also been banned, once more, from FA under the new user name. 

Now that she has made a new account, she might do so again. So to you artist out there, please watch out. I know you are all watching out for each other as I am watching out to all of you.
