This is NOT a warning about his sketches, which he tends to turn out either that day or at the latest, still that week. However, if you're looking for a fully finished piece, be prepared to wait (and good luck ever getting a refund). In addition, be wary of alternative means of payment, that cannot be reversed. FULL CHATLOGS HERE tl;dr below Sat Dec 05 - 2009: Commission Details given, payment sent (in the form of TWO $30 gift cards, one from each of the two of us in the picture) Gift cards sent and received Tue Dec 08 - 2009: Shown rough sketch, character layout/pose & scene Wed Mar 03 - 2010: Asked about progress. No additional details done since the rough sketch Sat Apr 17 - 2010: Asked about progress. No addition work done, claimed that it just popped into his head this morning, that he had to do it. Sun Jun 20 - 2010: Asked about progress. No additional work done, due to working on AC badges Tue Jul 06 - 2010: Asked about progress at the end of one of his drawing streams (after another viewer had asked about a piece of art they knew Artist was working on). Artist went silent in the stream, and ended the show there. In private chat, he berated me for asking in public, as that reminded two other people who had overdue commissions that Artist still hadn't delivered. Says he will ask for refs again later in the week. I send the links, he asks for them to be emailed, I email the links. He says he'll work on it and have it for Furfright. Sat Sept 27 - 2010: Journal posted saying the artist is no longer going to furfright. Sat Nov 6 - 2010: Sent email inquiring about progress, asking him to get back to me ASAP Ended up getting in contact via Instant Messenger Asked for progress: "that is on my list to do up for you, gimme specs on it again" Cancelled the commission, asked for payment back in the same form we paid. He suggested cash (which..would have to be mailed) Then paypal (which..may have been fine, but what is so hard about giving us back what we gave in the first place?) Agreed to give us back the two $30 gift cards...when he had the funds to do so. Sat Feb 12 - 2011: Got in contact over IM (only found out through a friend they were online; when they're always invisible). Said would have money after the next con (FWA) march 21st. Told him paypal would be fine, and he could send the full $60 to me... I'd take care of getting the $30 back to the other commissioner Tue Mar 1 - 2011: Journal posted asking for help to raise money for $2400 owed to dell for a laptop and such bought 3 years ago. http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2136055/ Tue Mar 29 - 2011: Contacted over IM (a week after FWA), to give him my paypal address. Claimed he did not make much money at FWA and had others to pay still, and was not yet up to those owed from Dec. 2009. Wed May 11 - 2011: Attempted to contact over IM, no response Tue Jun 21 - 2011: Attempted to contact over IM, response, but the same reply, that he is 'really lacking in the cash flow', and that things should be good 2 weeks after Anthrocon.
