EXPLAIN: I won an auction piece from HinaUchi, thrilled about it. I sent the money and everything, I am a patient person. I took a bit to send the money, so I put an extra ten in cause I felt bad for taking so long. I got a lovely gift art from her for it. I felt confident my commission would be done just as quick.

So I waited. Around July, I asked for a WIP. I got it and sent the okay, again I waited for her reply. I will take blame for this part, apparently it didn't go through or something so my bad.I sent another note asking why she haven't sent anything and later I got it and we were both clear on continuing. I again, waited. Her tablet broke, so I took into consideration to wait before asking for more progress on my commission. But during all this, she has been posting adoptable things left and right, even did a commission for one of those adoptables. I dunno if she has done these before the tablet broke, she doesn't communicate.

She has no Commission Que anywhere and her ToS is not detailed. She never updated if she got a new tablet. I've had ZEEERO communication from her. None. I've been the one to be sending the notes during all this. Even her dA had updated adoptables and art of her and of her partner, I don't like snooping through her dA and youtube, I don't think its fair for me to be but its resulted to this since she gave no effort to contact me. She made a tumblr, it has adult art. Dates show she's been doing the random art even when I asked for my WIPs. But I put it aside and waited. I made the mistake not to confront her.

Fast forwarding around November, FA seem to have had a Note malfunction. During that I sent her another note( http://i.imgur.com/xqUkS.png?1 )stating that I've been beyond very patient for my commission. Asking for a refund, it got lost during the update it seems. She made a journal asking for who she owed art to, so I sent another. She got it and have been waiting since for the new WIP.

Still waiting, this will be 6 months. And she has the nerve to make MORE auctions even though she hasn't even finished mine! Honestly I am fed up. I have given her chances to finish my commission, held back on posting a report on here. I feel bad for posting, I shouldn't but I do.

ADVICE: Should I warn the others that have bought the resent auctions? Should I call Paypal for the refund? I dunno what to do now at the point. I never been in a position like this. Please help.

I had the same problem with her for an adoptable commission it took me asking repeatedly for my art, publicly shouting / commenting and asking.

it took roughly 8 months for me as well.

she finally finished it and another user had to tell me about it, she didn't have the decency to inform me herself.

She's not even 18. I wouldn't expect a minor (or even someone age 18-19) to deliver. Beware well warranted.

I know you probably don't mean ALL minors, but I know some pretty good minors (including myself, since I got pretty good feedback on my commissions) that deliver their work perfectly and never have gotten into any trouble.

I think it has just to do with maturity. HinaUchi just seems lazy and too carefree.

HinaUchi is a minor (I'm pretty sure) and can't even draw porn, post, or fave porn to begin with. Plus she's pretty well known for acting incredibly immature.

I was kinda wondering when she'd end up on AB. With her attitude and lack of respect for rules, it was only a matter of time.

I haven't read through the comments yet so forgive me if this is being echoed, I find the way she types very annoying. :s When I do business I'll throw in emoticons and stuff here and there, but she seems like she's trying so hard to be that "cool, edgy" person on the internet. That's how she comes off to me, at least.
Also her page clearly says she's 17 and she's drawing a favoriting adult artwork.
She gives off so many red flags, but even then, I'm sorry you have to go through this!

Edit- she also does something that I HATE seeing artists do.
I understand if someone needs the money urgently, but she spends the money she received for the commission before she even completes it. That's such a pet peeve of mine when it comes to the commission world, because it's like the client is forced to wait even longer.

I'd give you a refund, but I don't have that, I apologize dearly.

i understand you're upset over the commission, I'd be too, but you are taking this way out of context, and over exaggerating things, i told you i'd get you the image when i got home, but because of medical reasons i haven't had the chance, i also haven't been on FA in a while, mainly because i cant keep multiple tabs open on this laptop because it is very slow, i can hardly even draw, and when i do it takes forever, and frankly i cant deal with the lag.

again, sorry for the delay and inconvenience, but life's a bitch and it doesn't like being fair most of the time, 'specially to me.

You know, just saying that you'd give the client the image when you're home and leaving it at that would have been MUCH more respectable than all the other stuff you had to throw in there.
I'm sorry you're going through so much but the client pays to have an image, not a bunch of excuses or life updates. That's how I see it anyway.

My 'excuses' are whats up, and im letting her know the reason, they arent lies, nor are they slips to try to get out of anything, it's called honesty. I also think it's funny you guys like to pin-point the way I type, sorry but lets pay attention to the main subject, not how the way I type rustles your jimmies.

Actually, the way you type usually says a lot about how you act, and it's proving that point very well in your case. This is your reputation, I'm surprised you're not conducting yourself in a more professional way, going so far as to use unclever memes. I think if you actually found this whole thing funny you wouldn't be posting here. Just my two cents on that.

It doesn't matter if you're telling the truth or not when it comes to your real-life issues, the blunt point is that no one wants to hear them. Maybe some people do, but it just comes off as really unprofessional. Again, no one pays to get art and hear your life story at the same time. It's a business transaction, treat it as such. You don't order a product off of a website and expect a "Sorry, can't ship your package, the owner of this company had a relative pass away," they'd just apologize for the inconvenience, which is what you should have done.

So Stop. Doing it. You're guilt tripping. You're being incredibly unprofessional. Just stop, apologize, give a rough estimate on the time and leave it at that. The other stuff is just so unnecessary and makes you look bad. I wish there was no reason to argue with you anymore and that this beware could simply be marked as resolve, but it's a warning of your bad attitude and victim mindset.
None of this was meant in a hostile way, but take it how you want it. Just saying- The way you're doing business now is incredibly unprofessional and if others looked in on this situation, they would be disgusted.

You should email PayPal and tell them that she defrauded you. It wouldn't be a stretch of the truth considering how many times she has lied to you, and that way if they shut down her account then she won't be able to scam anyone else.

Also you should make a post on http://ripoffreport.com.

If you contact PayPal, leave out that it was a porn auction, I believe they shut down yours and the commissioner's accounts if they know that little bit, also... I've seen this happen to quite a few people. I hope she gets your commission done, soon.
