If you've had a great commission experience, either as an artist or a customer, please comment here and spread the word. It doesn't have to be a full-on story, though you're welcome to type one! All we need are a few lines on why this person was so great to work with. You can also recommend companies, such as printers or fursuit-making teams, as long as it's relevant to artists!
There are plenty of reasons to post someone here: perhaps they went above and beyond the call of duty to fix a problem, or were so prompt with communication and payment it was like having them right next to you, or were very professional and courteous every time you contacted them.
To help keep things organized, please follow this simple form:
1. Name of the person you recommend (please also put this in the subject of your comment):
2. Link to person's website or art page:
3. Approximate time period of when you did business with this person:
4. Details (Here's where you tell us why they are so awesome! What made the transaction go so well? Perhaps link to the art or suit you bought/sold if you feel like sharing. Please mark NSFW if the subject matter is adult!!):
If you have multiple people to recommend, please put them in separate comments to keep things organized.

Owlette

Time: Dec. 6 or so. There were some delays in getting the final product, but they were ENTIRELY MY FAULT. As in, Owlette sent me "here's a sketch, tell me if you want me to fix anything :D" letters and I was the one who took forever to respond.
Details: owlette's prices and examples speak for themselves, but suffice it to say that I am extremely pleased with how great the artwork is I'm getting for the value. Of course, that's all well and good, but in a community like this, the important thing is the service, right?
Owlette has to be one of my absolute favorite people I've ever commissioned, as far as niceness and service. (The only other people I've commissioned who even come close as far as what total sweethearts they are would be Gravewalker, Slug, and Celia Souris.) she is an extreme professional, and has no problem whatsoever making things right. Yes, most commissions have a "make a sketch, get feedback, modify the sketch" phase as part of standard operating procedure, but Owlette was noticeably and strikingly enthusiastic about it. Even when I was a little hesitant, myself (I have some self-confidence issues, and I always struggle to bring myself to point things out because I don't want to nitpick or anything) she actually comforted me and helped me express that. She wanted to hear what could be fixed, and she absolutely would not rest until I was satisfied.
"Satisfied" is an understatement, by the way, because the end results were (NSFW!) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9644784/ and (also NSFW!) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9667826/ , and if you think those are stunning (which they are!) you should se the high-res versions. Personal recommendation: get the fancy finished full detail painting option when you commission her, because my God.
