I'd like to point out you said you wouldn't post her to A_B and well... that was either a lie or you went back on what you said, because here we are In the future it's just better to say "I will post you to A_B if x deadline is not met" or just not mention A_B to them at all. Saying you won't and then doing it anyway- even if she's a bad client- is dishonest. Otherwise you handled this pretty much as best as you could
