Update: Stellary/Absinthe/Inky

Not sure how to format update posts, so...

WHO: Previously known as Stellary/Absinthe aka Inky/Nancy/Stellary on Chatlands, she has since changed accounts (surprise!) on FA and Chatlands.  She is now using the account Octodog on FA and Bobby on Chatlands, as well as Dogopus (NSFW) on FA.

WHERE: Main base: http://www.furaffinity.net/user/octodog, commission transactions took place on TheTotemLands (prior to closing) and on Serenity Isles

WHAT:
2 "poses" from TTL ($8 each) and 3 poses on Serenity ($13) each; one owed TTL pose completed
Totals about $47

WHEN: Commission began around June 2009, original post to A_B in 2012, added to refund journal in May 2012

So I was added to a refund journal after posting the original topic (linked above).  Shortly after she made that refund journal she switched accounts, and has since switched again.

I lost track of her for awhile due to these account swaps but finally found her again and sent her a note:

She has since deleted ALL of her journals.

She's also made herself an alternate, adult-only account, Dogopus. She recently accepted several commissions on this account:

So, as of today she still owes me close to $50 and owes, probably, hundreds of dollars in refunds to others.  She is still ripping people off and avoiding completing old work or issuing refunds.
At this point, I am researching my legal options in order to get my money back.

As if this community did not already know, avoid at all costs!

She could always back-trace her own constant account hopping to see what she owes to who...but that's too much work its so much easier to just make a new account and ignore the constantly building problems.

I commissioned her a few years back for a badge. She admittedly did it pretty quick, within' a month or so's time, though a bit past the agreed deadline.
Her attitude, however, was really unimpressive. Especially in her Livestreams. That alone made me want to avoid commissioning her again despite really liking her art.

When I first commissioned her she completed it pretty quickly, but she goes through these constant periods of "art block" (while completing loads of personal art) where she just refuses to do anything.
And at that point I guess its easier for her to pack up and move to a new account for a "clean slate".

She's also incredibly rude when you give her any sort of "trouble", such as asking for a simple update.

I wonder if there is any way we can bring this to administrator attention? She's doing what Starfinder did, and I find it atrocious she's allowed on Furaffinity still.

Information is being gathered to present to FA admin, the trouble is getting them to listen.
I'm sure they can get her for something....having loads of accounts to avoid customers waiting on you /should/ be at least be worry a suspension.

So many user names! The only real way to trace it is to go all the way back to stellary and hop forward. Make an account, take commissions, upload a few pics, stop uploading, move accounts, repeat.

Stellary also owes me artwork from a trade back when she used the name 'Feverdog'. My half is already done, but she sent me an FA note outright refused to do her half and offered to just send me payment for my work. After I responded with my paypal address and the amount I would have liked, she just stopped talking to me without sending payment.

So far the names shes used include: FeverDog, astralmoon/stellary, absinthe, muffinbutton, octodog, and the collab name Spaceinvaders. Am I missing any?

If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't be so nice about hounding her. I'd leave comments on her page asking about my commission and open trouble tickets on her. Hopefully Bazeel will step in sometime soon and something will get done...

I'm trying to avoid being reported for harassment, or blocked. The few times I did comment on her things I wound up having my comment hidden and the journal flat-out deleted.

I highly doubt any amount of bothering her will get me any results, I've taken the aggressive approach before only to be told I would not get anything for being rude/harassing her.

If you're reported for harassment, you could always say that you're just trying to get what's owed to you and she's avoiding all contact otherwise. ;) Same with getting blocked, though I completely understand where you're coming from. I'm just a little snarky today and wishing it were so easy as repeatedly poking her to do it.
