4. Details: Someone linked to this girl in a discussion about DA points. I had never used them before, but the pixel icons this girl makes are so cute that I got on her queue and bought some points to pay with... after asking if I could just give her the money directly. I had to wait a little bit, but she didn't ask for me to pay until the icon was done. It turned out so awesome, and it is perfect to use on DA.

3. Communication began May 20th, semi-partial arrived July 1st.
4. Kila was open for fursuit commissions, and even though I couldn't afford a full partial, I contacted her about doing a set of hands, half-sleeves, ears, and a tail for my shepherd character. Her communication was quick and polite throughout the entire process, and she would continually give me updates about the status of my commission. We had a minor hiccup with some claws that took forever to get shipped, but she was totally on the ball, and ordered a secondary set from another supplier that got them out to her within a week. The set itself is in perfect condition; the stitching is very sturdy and the craftsmanship, overall, is high-quality. 10/10, I would definitely commission her again for future projects.

4. I saw another artist recommend Tybay over on deviant art and liked the style. They were doing cheap sketches, so I bought one of my monster Kernk. The level of detail was worth more then the $8 I spent! I absolutely loved the outcome. They were very easy to work with as well. Great experience with this artist. 4. This was a mostly artistic freedom commission in the sense that I gave two refs and asked for something adult but not hardcore porn. Night went above and beyond researching poses, asking for opinions and really thinking it through. She put a lot of work in research what would work well and it shows in the final piece. 4. Details: Eenyu ended up holding a contest to design a new logo for her business, and a friend of mine happened to win. He was nice enough to gift me the prize instead, which was a fursuit head. They worked out another arrangement that also got me handpaws and a tail to match.
She was incredibly kind and professional throughout it, not to mention helpful since it was my first suit in both the design and production stages. I really commend her for comfortably talking to both Ransom and I throughout the project for arrangements on both sides and taking on an experimental design with my character - Its a "foo-dog", so the tusks/teeth and tail both needed a more creative approach, and she did a great job with all of it.
I figured since it was a prize and thus free for me I'd probably be waiting awhile to see it since she had commissions to do as well, but she was very on top of things and finished it within a few months along with her other commissions at the time. Most of the wait was simply me figuring out specs for her too haha. With how well its made too you can tell she didn't rush the work, and it turned out beautifully just like her other projects. I've had it for a few months now and have had no problems with it, and still love all the hard work she put into it for me. :)
I'd really recommend her since seeing how much dedication and responsibility she shows to -all- her work reflects well on her as a business. Her unique style and strong work ethic deserve way more attention, I really just can't rave enough about how pleasant and surprisingly on top of things she was the whole time haha.

Sanura was actually the first artist that my partner and I commissioned artwork of our characters from back in 2010. We've continued working with her periodically ever since because of how much we've loved the results and her pleasant demeanor. Our most recent acquisition was a pair of Blinking Couple's Icons seen HERE (http://s388.photobucket.com/user/Rinryu/media/chibi-blinker_aeric-arty_zpse87ded47.gif.html). A mutual friend was advertising a small number of the chibi icons on FA and while I was definitely interested, I knew I wouldn't have the money due to a recent move so I commented with my support and well-wishes, as well as excitement about the opportunity. On May 16th Sanura contacted me through notes saying that she had seen my interest and would be happy to work with me since we were return commissioners. We worked out a payment plan and Sanura kept me in the loop on the status of the chibis, providing WIPS along the way, until delivering them to us promptly on June 10th after we completed the full payment to her.
Edit: In hindsight, my icon is also another wonderful example of work I have gotten from her in the past, where in she took the time to properly portray my character's eye coloration. It has been very helpful to have such an accurate example of her eyes. =3

4. I've liked the artist for quite a long time, but recently he decided to open up commishes, and I had given him my word I'd be right on that. So indeed, I got right on that, and after a few mixups that were understandable on all sides, standard little things with any new artist/commissioner relationship, he produced awesome, cute art in really crazy short timeframes. I cannot say he'd ALWAYS be able to produce art so fast, but I'm more than impressed and pleased, and Denizen has certainly cemented a place in my favorite artists I've ever spent money on. 4. Details: I had been looking for someone to do my newest conbadge for some time, and serendipitously AgentElrond opened for her standard badges. I emailed her and quickly she got back to me, setting the standard for the rest of the communication I have had. I saw in-progress pictures at two major stages (sketch, after colors). Because I got my order in pre-AC I was able to get my badge excellently laminated for an extra fiver. (Oh! Price was reasonable at $60 for everything; badge, shipping, and lamination.) I recommend AgentElrond wholeheartedly!

4. Details:
I contacted these tailmakers on April 6th fully expecting them to turn me away since they're quite busy. Their slots were full I think, but they stuffed me into a June slot since my tail was simple and fairly small, which I was very grateful for! My tail was done by June 28th, just when I was told it would be. After I paid the final payment [I was a bit delayed], the tail was shipped out quickly and packed neatly.
Through the entire process, I was impressed with Skahlly's professionalism and prompt, friendly responses. Where they really blew me away, though, was in the final presentation. She included not only the tail, but a brand new slicker brush [a pet-grooming brush] and a Thank You note with included handwritten instructions for how to brush and care for my tail. There were also several business cards and a little swan sticker which I thought was a nice touch. :)

I really think the pictures speak for themselves! The tail is perfect, super soft and fluffy, poseable and sturdy. I love it to bits and can't wait to wear it to my first con in November!
tl;dr: Skahlly was perfectly professionally pleasing to work with and I would do so again given the opportunity. SkahllyBir produces very high quality yarn tails at great prices. Snag a spot on their queue if you're able!

She sent me WIPs every step of the way, and several during coloring and was very prompt about making any and all corrections. She would only accept payment once I was completely satisfied with the art and put an amazing amount of detail into the work. Total time from ordering to completion was less than a week and I was very impressed with her professionalism.

4. Details: I commissioned two icons for myself and a friend (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11179188/ and http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11179642/). Xifox was very polite and sent me a wip making sure she got the nose markings right on my character :) As soon as I sent payment, the icons were done in less than a hour. They were of very high quality as well!
Highly recommend this artist if you want cheap, quality art done in a short time period!

4: Details: This'll be kinda short haha. Xist commissioned me for a headshot of his character. He was very prompt with payment and told me exactly what he wanted for the commission. He's extremely polite and a total sweetheart. If you get him as a customer, you'll be very pleased :) Best customer I've had to date!
