WHAT: I commissioned her for two pieces of digital art on FurAffinity.

WHEN: August 1st, 2013 was when the commissions were discussed and paid for. Months had passed, and I started to get nervous when she took my name off of her Queue on her front page. I messaged her once or twice on skype, casually bringing it up, but she would say that she's really busy taking care of her son. Then beginning of November, I find that she made a new FA account, and is taking freebies in her stream. On December 1st, I finally spoke up on Facebook and asked for a refund, which resulted in me getting blocked.

EXPLAIN: As you can see from what I've mentioned up to this point, Fuzzly/Sam seems to not treat her commissioners very well, putting them off to the point of creating new accounts to further avoid them, and take new commissions to make more money. She created a journal where she complained about how some commissioners were treating her, playing the victim about how she can't afford to refund, and that they're not patient enough. I have been waiting an awful long time (August 1st, 2013 - present, December 1st, 2013), and I am fed up.

For those that have taken the time to look over this post, viewing the screen caps, I would like to say: Beware of this girl. She will make more accounts and she will repeat this process.

I honestly think that the trusted artists community should be aware of what she's been doing. The icon is pretty misleading.

I refuse to even take that icon as a sign of the person being a good artist.
Anyone can throw that thing on their front page and the group itself can't do anything about it really.

dude, i've probably had thousands of successful transactions at this point, and i know a few customers have given my name to that group. i wasn't added :/ a few friends weren't either.

i believe the owner hangs here, so, no personal disrespect intended or anything. i'm just not a fan of that group.

People without the icon can be great artists as well of course-but always make sure to double check if you see the icon, if the artist displaying it isn't in the watch list then they're trying to mislead customers, and shouldn't be trusted. (in my opinion)

You know I'm a parent too... I will NEVER use my kid as an excuse for not getting my art done.
No, that is not cool, your child is not an excuse to rip people off. Work on art while the kid naps or is in school if they're school age. Work on art after they go to bed at night.

I hope this gets resolved. :/ that's really not cool with how you were blocked. I'll keep an eye out!
