Possible Ban Evasion? Details Below~

WHAT: Past issue with chargebacks from buying commissions/auctions/adoptions

WHEN: Originally started last year around April/May.

EXPLAIN:
Okay so you guys might recall my first (and only) post to A_B a while back regarding a girl on FA called NightCloud FluffyTail.
She went around bidding on (and winning some) character auctions and commissioning here and there. And then a lot of artists, including myself, were met with several chargebacks via paypal. The claim was based off of how apparently NCFT had stolen/borrowed her grandparents credit card and used it to buy all this art, and got found out, so it was supposedly her grandparents who were issuing the chargebacks. Needless to say nothing came of it, and many of us were left having to pay all this money back.

After I reported it here, NCFT's accounts on FA were banned until a time she would pay everyone back. Alas most of us knew this was never going to happen, and while I've been keeping an eye on her other (now seemingly dead) accounts around the internet, it seemed like she'd just decided to go into hiding..

Until now!
I received a note from a fellow artist who was concerned that NCFT had returned to FA under a new name. Under the cut will be the possible evidence pointing towards why we think she is the same person~

On her profile it states that one of her characters is 'NightCloud'. The link above is to the reference sheet of said character in her gallery, she claims that the character was adopted from NCFT herself, and that she is aware of the drama surrounding that person and doesn't want to know about it (personally I don't think I'd ever adopt a character from someone known for this kind of thing, seems a bit weird? But thats just me)

This is a split cap of the profile information. I understand coincidences can happen, but copy-pasted word for word of the favorite animals. Age and food are not really something I'd take notice of, though. But the fav animals is a little suspicious (lmaoing at me being in their fave-artists list)

I don't know if FA admins can actually look into this, maybe see if IP's match up or even account registered emails, although I assume it'll be the same as the paypal address on Kaidae's profile. I wondered if the same name pops up when she goes through paypal transactions, as I know the girl's real name. But I think the only way I could possibly do this is to either receive money from her, or pay her. Which I'm not terribly interested in doing.

So I wanted to know if you guys felt the same.
If it turns out I'm (somehow) totally and utterly wrong then I'll hold my hands up.
Things just.. don't add up, though. I'm very suspicious.

I would suggest filing a trouble ticket and using this post as evidence. From what I have seen, this person is ban evading and needs to have any and all sock puppet accounts banned and shut down.

Yes I probably will file a TT. At the time of making this entry all that FA stuff was going down so I was trying to avoid the place for a while. Will file it today and hope someone actually gets back to me in the next year or so.

Yeah, it may take four to six months for the TT to be taken care of and in that time, who knows how much carnage this person will wreck on FA members.

Well... it is terribly slow. But there was a mod the other day that answered two of mine from last August. XDDD Still, not a good response time. lol

I still have harassment tickets open, you think they'd see to those first :/

Watch them close the tickets in another year or so without resolution because the evidence has since been deleted.

Actually, they respond to ban evasion tickets pretty quickly. . . i got a response within five days upon opening one, while the cub pornography one sat there for 3 months before finally being removed. . .

then again, i would take ban evasion with higher priority, too, because you know, harassment could be a huge factor, and spamming, etc.

The moderation team has been split up in the past...several months, I believe, so it could be one team works quicker than another.

I know in my time as an admin I had a heck of a time being taken seriously for caring about cub porn tickets

I remember your previous post about her. ><" Many artists use invoices now (when not sure of commissioner), it's more secure.
I had negative experience with similar person, but it was a trade.

Oh man those fursuit tails, she so is not good at hiding who she use to be. I hope a whole new group of artists aren't randomly issues chargebacks.

Update on this situation: Turns out it was the same girl who issued the charge backs last year (NightCloudFluffyTail), her FA account has now been banned.
