Forgive me if I am posting incorrectly, but I just don't know what to do in a situation like this.

WHO:
NightCloudFluffyTail/Kaidae_Abarai

WHAT:
Stealing money from family member's credit card and buying a bunch of art (myself included) The bank found this as a threat and issued chargebacks to every artist.

WHEN:
Feb 19th 2013 - Present

PROOF:
Nightcloudfluffytail, after failing to refund not even one artist in 3-4 month timeline, ultimately got banned from furaffinity. This action caused her to delete her Facebook, her twitter, her weazyl, her DA, and her Inkbunny.
Recently, it came to my knowledge that it has almost been a year since this all started and I decided to see if she decided to make a alternate account? I searched "Nightcloud" on furaffinity..a viola! look what I found.

She states at the bottom that she bought the character and said drama might come with it, I instantly contacted her about it.
But, before all that..I decided to compare her webpage with Nightcloud's webpages:

She registered the same WEEK nightcloud got banned.

When I addressed these situations to her, I got lashed out, pitty-party stories from her. The same type of mannerisms that Nightcloud would do to people when you tried talking to her. A lot of "WHY ME"'s and saying "fuck-" over and over again.

WHAT: Past issue with chargebacks from buying commissions/auctions/adoptions

WHEN: Originally started last year around April/May.

EXPLAIN:
Okay so you guys might recall my first (and only) post to A_B a while back regarding a girl on FA called NightCloud FluffyTail.
She went around bidding on (and winning some) character auctions and commissioning here and there. And then a lot of artists, including myself, were met with several chargebacks via paypal. The claim was based off of how apparently NCFT had stolen/borrowed her grandparents credit card and used it to buy all this art, and got found out, so it was supposedly her grandparents who were issuing the chargebacks. Needless to say nothing came of it, and many of us were left having to pay all this money back.

After I reported it here, NCFT's accounts on FA were banned until a time she would pay everyone back. Alas most of us knew this was never going to happen, and while I've been keeping an eye on her other (now seemingly dead) accounts around the internet, it seemed like she'd just decided to go into hiding..

Until now!
I received a note from a fellow artist who was concerned that NCFT had returned to FA under a new name. Under the cut will be the possible evidence pointing towards why we think she is the same person~

I don't know if FA admins can actually look into this, maybe see if IP's match up or even account registered emails, although I assume it'll be the same as the paypal address on Kaidae's profile. I wondered if the same name pops up when she goes through paypal transactions, as I know the girl's real name. But I think the only way I could possibly do this is to either receive money from her, or pay her. Which I'm not terribly interested in doing.

So I wanted to know if you guys felt the same.
If it turns out I'm (somehow) totally and utterly wrong then I'll hold my hands up.
Things just.. don't add up, though. I'm very suspicious.
