New, closer overlay provided by a member of the community, showing the tracer's overlay was skewed and warped in her 'evidence', and the image is in fact, very traced, at minimum very heavily referenced without citing the source on the original auction to begin with; https://www.dropbox.com/s/gem52e82kbk0jil/trace.png

EXPLAIN: I happened across this image while browsing, looking through her gallery, and the image itself, it's clearly traced. I commented as you can see above asking the artist to cite her source, and the image was replaced with the above overlay as 'proof' she didn't trace. This artist attempted to trace a photograph for monetary gain, and should be avoided.

- 3/4 of the folds match perfectly
- even the right side of the waist/hip area matches perfectly

Yeah. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the lines match up. Again this wouldn't have been approved if the mods didn't think the beware is valid.

This. Honestly, the thing that bothered me was the artist recording a "redraw" and conveniently left out the part that everyone was concerned about. It didn't prove anything, and actually just made it look worse.

Yikes! The fabric folds matching is really damning, every dress does not fold the exact same way. Hell, even the same dress will fold in different ways depending who's wearing it and minute changes in posture.

Obvious trace is obvious.
