Eluna commissioned a bodysuit from me over 2 years ago. I have been waiting measurements and sitting on a stack of fur in the mean time. I am in a position where I will not be making costumes any more and I need to issue a refund. I have tried emailing the commissioner as well as sending a note on FA. The FA note is unanswered and both the emails have bounced. I am concerned because this email is the same one that was used to pay for the costume, so I do not know if the paypal address is accurate. I used to communicate by skype but I have not seen him on recently.

If anyone knows how I can contact Eluna Wolf, I would greatly appreciate it.

Otherwise I would like to get some advice on what to do in this situation. I am not going to be in the country for at least 6 months and I will not have access to most social media/email will be touchy (China). My access to American banking will also be extremely limited. I'm very concerned about how to handle this properly when communication+banking are hard. I'm not a fraudster and I want to give this guy a fair refund, but how long should I keep trying and what else can I do?

Do they have a shipping address on their PayPal? If so, maybe send an old fashion letterletter with your contact info. Worth a shot

He's fairly local to me and has come to meets in the area...at least he has in the past, I can't say I recall seeing him lately. I'll ask some local friends if they've seen or heard from him lately!

If this stretches to when you'll be leaving, how bad of an idea would it be to leave the refund amount in your PP, so if/when contact is made while you're away you can just send it? (I don't know how paypal works in this situation tbh, even besides the concern of leaving money long term, if that is a concern)

Just a heads up, mostly for the advice the above user posted; Do NOT log in to your Paypal while out of country. paypal doesn't allow you to use your account unless you're in the country it states. I'm Canadian, so I could not go to the US and log in. My account would get locked.

You'll need to call them and let them know you're traveling, and what country.

I did not know that! I live in the U.S now and have had no problems logging into my UK PayPal account. How odd!

there was an article I read about someone from the US going to somewhere (Maybe the UK, I think) and Paypal shut down their account saying they needed their account to match the country they were in.

And when by friend from the US came here, she called to let them know she was visiting Canada, and they tagged her account as traveling.

I was in Montreal 3 weeks ago for about 5 days, I had no problem logging into my PayPal account several times and I live in the United States.

Come back, still nothing wrong with it.
