WHAT: A box with fursuit accesoires, which was included in our deal about buying a second-hand partial.

WHEN: I started contact around April 2013. It's now been 17 months since I didn't get the box she promised she will send.

EXPLAIN:
Sugarfactory sold her fursuitpartial "Jail" from OneEyedDoe in April 2013. She said if I would get the buyoutdeal instead of bidding, I would get extra's. As you can see in the links, she later promised more and more stuff. I was so exciting and I thought we were really friends.
THANK GOD I've received the most important part: the partial. The fursuit is with me and I'm suiting with it over 1,5 years now, I'm really thankful for that.
It surprised me that she didn't send everything that was in our deal in that first fursuit box (19th may). Also later suddently, in a second box that never arrived, she said that the fursuitstuff weren't included (25th of March.)
One thing that made the package take long was that she commissioned extra handpaws because mine were a bit old now, at Autumnfallings. But they took so long that I said to her to get her money back, leave them out of our deal, and just send me the box.
I also though that sending a box back, would help our friendship. I did send a box with Dutch treats and candy and toys, but never got a box from her back. Lost? Never been send? I'm not sure.
The problem since the beginning was:

- She said she will send it <..insert day here..>
- She said it failed <..insert excuse here..>.

Really, she gave every excuse possible. No money, sick, floodings, postal office closed, adress lost, busy, ow and when she had no money I offered to pay the shipping, but she refused.
I even have PROOF that she send out other boxes and stuff as well.. but why not MINE? (The second fursuit she sells 29 August) The only thing I said over the last YEAR was "Please when will the box be send?" and than the above steps took place.

She stated later that, this box she owes me are all GIFTS and she can take the time she needs

MY MAIN GOAL: SHE'S WRONG IT TAKING SO LONG TO SEND IT OUT. NO MATTER WHAT IS THE CONTENT OF THE BOX. PROSIMING 100X IT WILL BE SEND OUT AND LATER SAY YOU DIDN'T IS WRONG.
I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE VALUE OR IF THERE SHOULD BE GIFTS IN IT ANYMORE. SHE'S LETTING ME WAIT FOR SO LONG THAT THIS IS MY LAST RESORT FOR CONVINCING HER TO GO TO HER P.O.

Update (29-9-2014): Sugarfactory promised to send out the box this Monday. The content is discussed. I will update when I received a working Track&Trace.

I'm a little confused about one thing, if you don't mind! So you both agreed to send boxes of fursuit stuff to each other, yes? They sent you yours, and you haven't sent out theirs? I don't understand why this wouldn't qualify as a trade?

I'm not trying to be accusatory or the like, I'm just genuinely confused on these issues. To me, it looks like you agreed to a trade, still haven't sent it out, and refused to let them pay you so you could send it out. A year+ is a long time.

The handpaws were dropped from the sale by the client, but the tail has still yet to be delivered. That is still part of the original exchange of money in the transaction.

As for the items you two agreed to trade, I agree with Dani/Kayla-la. A trade is a trade, and trade items are allowed on A_B.

THat's my problem. I don't really care anymore about the content. But you've told me 100 times you would send it (saturday.. sunday..) than it took a week sometimes to contact you.. you said to get the tracking and than a week later I hear "oops I didn't send it yet".
Either just a tail, either a box full surprises, why is it taking SO long? You stretching it and stretchting it. It can't be that all the excuses gave me are all true.

Oooh, I see she posted something about me on twitter on how I am trying to get people to "take sides" when I stated: Now, this is not an attempt to get the article taken down, but rarely you get to hear what happened on the other end of the spectrum. In this case, I really do feel that the screenshots and information used were constructed in a way to be more harmful than informative.

NOTE - This is not an attempt to get the A_B taken down. Just to offer my side of the situation.

To both you and especially the OP, there are no "sides". Everyone has the right to come in and tell us what happened, especially the person the post is about.

The A_B can't be removed, but we can always mark it as resolved.

As an aside, we really don't appreciate the "call to arms" on behalf of the OP. A_B is not drama, nor is the intent of the community to be drama.

It was agreed that the issue was me not sending the box with the owed items. The question of it was or was not a trade has been answered; it was a gift box type deal between friends, not a transaction or exchange.

I have an important update concernig the shipping: My mother has told me we will be able to go on Wednesday. I asked her to write a note to prove that I had asked, and I asked her to sign it. If I had a working vehicle, I would do it myself. (I can provide pictures of the engine light if necessary. It's no trouble.)

But this is an update on the shipping situation. Included is a signed note by my mother stating that the items will be shipped on Wednesday. There is nothing I can do since she is my only ride until my car is repaired.

Tbh, even though sugar has taken an extremely long time to send the items in the fursuit transaction, OPs attitude towards this makes me less inclined to sympathize more with her. The tweets about it, the sarcastic smiley faces in response to sugar's comments and her use of caps lock in the post are pretty immature.

I hope your items get shipped out soon, OP. But it would benefit you to try to remain more calm in situations like this in the future.

Yeah not excusing Sugar in anyway (although it is refreshing to see her actively trying to resolve the situation unlike a lot of people featured here) but the tone of the beware really doesn't sit right with me.

This. I read the update OP made in bold and the tweet last night and immediately felt they were getting aggressive in response.

I can honestly understand how OP feels because not only have I been in a similar situation before I'm (unfortunately) in another one but you've got you A_B post and you're in discussion with the person now, just be calm, talk it out and get things resolved. Flipping out and having a fit isn't going to win you any favors and may push people away from wanting to do business with you.

I dont think I took any of sugars tones as arguing.

She handled this well and it was clear clarification was needed on some subjects. Which I think is fair to ask if theres a misunderstanding about something.

Not excusing her for not shipping the box, but I think it was handled quite well the whole time.
