I'm hoping someone knows where they are, I ordered a charm from them a long time ago(very long, I'm terrible and lenient with this sort of thing), so I went to check their page only today and it's been disabled, I'm hoping they just forgot they had a commission to do for me before disabling.
I just need to know if it's possible to contact them before I chalk it up as a loss.
