PROOF: Now I don't really have proof over the agreement of the images since the conversation was over at my desktop before I had to lose it, which means that chatlog along with it was also lost over in Skype, but I do have proof of him making claim of cancelling my commission out of a rather dense reason, and the transaction I made over paypal.

EXPLAIN: The incident occured over Skype with our chat, he knew well enough he owes me the images until he started talking about a specific species he hates out of no clear reason, and after a while after figuring I'd like to change my Skype icon since the one I had was getting old, he suddenly threw a fit at me, telling me to change it because of how much someone's icon just bothers him when he could just ignore it.
Nonetheless, it all ended up with him saying he was no longer going to make my images, with no mention of a refund either. I will not stand for this nonsense, so it's either he gives me back my money, or he finishes my image, I can't even contact him since he's blocked and removed me from all the contacts I had him in, I even tried to email him but there's no response at all, so I'm taking it that he's just gonna get away with this being the con-artist he is.
