EXPLAIN: So after purchasing this, and months going by, she had a million sob stories of all this horrible stuff in her life, I just let it go. Then with her account being banned, I did try to file a paypal dispute but it was beyond the allowed timeline. I tried emailing the addresses she left behind when her account was banned.

She never responded. I don't plan to ever see this work and I hadn't worried about posting an Artist Beware until the rumor began she is operating under another name now. Hopefully no one else loses there money.

Thanks and at this point I am not concerned about getting either the art or the refund. I just don't want to see others losing their money.

Is there any way to find out if the paypal email she uses now or the name tied to it is the same as back when she was cranked?
I know that's how people in the BJD hobby found out an eye seller who vanished with people's money just came back under a new name after lying through their teeth about being the person from before.

I would assume they are bright enough to use a new email address. Also if you notice on my screenshot, the paypal address I was told to send payment to was an unverified one. Best hope is everyone uses caution and maybe this time around with a fresh start, they will fully deliver to those commissioning them.

Is there 100% proof that they are the same person? So far we've seen a lot of folks claiming this, but we will not merge the tags until we have definite proof.

The only evidence I had was a raccoon character that she tried to bid for when she was under the name crankedmutt but lost. The same character was then drawn under the Sparsile name (possibly stolen). she also had several journals with the same symbols and headings that looked the same as crankmutt's. The journals also had topics that were the same as her crankedmutt/alfy accounts such as boyfriend issues and issues living with her father at the time.

When several other people and I called her out on this. She deleted all the journals and the picture. When I pointed out all the stuff she deleted. she accused me of trying to ruin her business and blocked me on both FA an email.

I already sent a trouble ticket to the FA administrators stating that she might be a ban evasion account

If FA gets back to you on the matter, can you please let us know? I hope folks understand, but we are reluctant to keep letting people say that this account is crankedmutt when all they have is circumstantial evidence. We need more definite proof, or we'll have to start taking action.
