Possible Art theft

On some forums I'm an admin on we have someone posting art claiming it as their own, i don't know if this is the right place to ask but I know i've seen this picture before can someone tell me who made this.

Also try art_theft. They usually keep an eye out for such things. Especially on DeviantArt.

Is that the only piece thats posted or are there more? It says 'Bloodw0lf' in teeny tiny font-letters, but I don't see a signature or anything like that. I could probably tell to an extent by consistency in style if there's more.

I'm pretty much positive that is a picture of AkelaTaka (the character)

I doubt its her art, but she might know who did it.
