The first one is because i wished to know where is my commission, or a little new about that, she shown to me the list, but nothing change.
And the second one, it's the same than the first.

I took a emergency commission of a Color Sketch that Ryunwoofie offered on December 14th at 2015 05:30 PM .

I sent a few reminders to her, and i wasn't angry or mad at all, because i hate to put pressure on an artist, and it doesn't help at all. She said i would be on the "to do list" but nothing, and it's like that since the first remind about the commssion.

But recently and since the notes i sent, she posted many many pics, YCH's and taken more commissions, and nothing changed.

I can not recommend commissioning this artist due to their lack of professionalism and to say the least the massive backlog Ryunwoofie has.

Hello! I am sorry I caused you any distress on waiting for so long. This year hasn't been the best for me, but I shall not make excuses. I can't say I don't deserve this kick in the butt. I am working my best to resolve the fire I have set to it. I have refunded you after the charge back you sent me. This issue has been resolved and I apologize again for any inconveniences this has caused you. I am working my hardest to resolve the backlog I have and do plan on resolving it this year.

That's what I figured this was before the resolve we had. I was too slow to respond to him before he sent a charge back on Mar 7. Resolved same day. It was entirely on me for not checking my notes faster.

Hate to randomly pop in on this thread, but I was wondering if you had a link to your current backlog so I could look and see if the sketch commission I purchased from you a while back is on there?
