WHO: Frisky Beast

WHERE: http://frisky-beast.com (website is NSFW)

WHAT: Two custom toys

WHEN: I think part of the problem here was my fault. I thought I had checked out way back in September, messaged Frisky Beast for status in March, and found my items were just sitting in my cart. I checked out on March 13th, 2016. Via the ticketing system on frisky-beast.com, I was told they would do their best to push my items to the front of the queue. This is why in the screenshot of my order status, it shows the order date as September 11 - that's the day I put them in my cart, not the day I paid.

A portion of the email conversation via my trouble ticket that shows when I paid, my mistake, and their promising to try to finish this quickly:

I had not heard anything since then, so decided to send them an email asking what was up. Here is our exchange:

Note that they responded once but haven't since then.

This evening I opened another support ticket, seen here:

Still waiting on a response to that. I feel I have been more than patient. I understand that I made a mistake by leaving an order in my cart for literally months and checking out after that, but I don't think it should have resulted in this kind of delay. The FAQ on the Frisky Beast website states orders should be processed in 6 - 8 weeks. I've been waiting for five months. I am hopeful that I will get a response to my trouble ticket or the email I sent tonight, but I'm not holding my breath. :(

Howdy! The last four digits of your CC has been left uncensored. It's not a requirement on our end for it to be censored, but we'd thought we give you a heads up.

Yeaaaa, they take forEVER to send things. I've had major problems with that, to the point where I'll only buy In-Stock items anymore.

A tad disappointing really. :c I know when I had ordered something from them, I literally got an e-mail saying it was shipped the next day so that shocked me. I wasn't sure if I had gotten an in-stock item or what, as I went through the selection process and customized it.

A few days later I had a friend order literally the same item and it took them a month and a half to get their item. I even sent in a ticket for an ETA/status but never received anything in response. :/ Something I've heard before, and hoped they would of worked on.

Wow. I've never heard of them before, I guess I should be glad about that.
They seem to have great prices, not that it matters if you never receive your order.

I hope this gets resolved for you, one way or the other.

Ergh, yeah, I've had similar issues with FB. I absolutely LOVE their stuff anbd their prices but god, the time it takes them to send custom stuff is absolutely infuriating at times. I heard their email servers are really terrible but that might be an excuse for spotty customer service. Honestly I wish they'd get that checked out if it's the case or hire more people to keep on top of their emails.

I've always gotten my custom eventually, which is more than I can say for a lot of places, but yeah, definitely be ready to wait months if your order falls between the cracks, and if you're going to order a custom don't do it around black friday or another sale.
