It occurs to me this guy just thought he’d IM me, spam me a pic and I’d do him some art (for free) and he’s considerably irked that I didn’t do it there and then. As soon as I can get it sorted, this guy’s being blocked…

HA! someone else he torments lol i feel yeah! he ims me like once every 6 months telling me he's Andrew, and how he wants to look at my gallery then asks for free art. if you say no he just doesn't reply and just vanishes.
i make fursuits so he always asks if i can make him one for free, or if i can draw him turning into a werewolf for free. he's really creepy weird.

Oh, HIM. He used to IM spam me all the time for free commissions. Usually backed up quickly as soon as I mentioned the word commission since, of course, he wanted free art, and yeah, gets testy if you don't do it.
I blocked him a while ago. (Actually forgot he existed until now XD;;; )

Unfortunately on Trillian and Digsby, you can't block someone unless you add them to your chat list and when you do that it sends out a message to the person asking if it's OK.
Of course Rinaldi doesn't OK it so you find that you can't block the son of a bitch.

Most artists I've talked to know about him. I also ended up blocking him simply because the conversations were inane and disruptive - not due to specifically asking for free art. Considering some emails I've received, I would not be surprised to learn he's legally mentally retarded. It goes beyond simple bad grammar and social skills.

Can someone PLEASE make it impossible for him to get back on to AIM again? By that, I mean sign his name up to a bot service that floods his screen with hundreds of AIM windows that will crash his system, or something. I remember back years ago that someone managed to do that but to this date I havn't been able to find anything of the kind yet.

Everyone else has pretty much already said everything. The only difference with my run-in with him was that he sent me a request for a webcam connection, and since I don't have a webcam I figured I'd humor him. He just sat there gawking at his monitor and chicken-pecking the keyboard to talk to me, asking if I'd "draw him as tiger." The guy really does look touched in the head, like he has some sort of mental retardation or something.

so i had the unfortunate time of having to put up with this sad individual on a weekly basis (he played a game at a venue I've been playing at for about a year now) but he came in for about 3 or 4 months straight, lest just say it wasn't fun at all, he would randomly burst into our serious conversations "example: the mars rover landing" and so one guy is going on about how the sky-crane lowers the rover and all that, and here comes Andrew and just busts in while the guy is in mid-sentence and Andrew just blurts out if anyone likes furies but he said "Fairies" considering English is his first language, he REALLY sucks at it (example: the game we play is called "HeroCLIX" and he calls is "HeroCLIPS") there are so many more examples of his lack of understanding of the English language

and yes he's handicapped but not so much that it hinders his ability to do anything. He just can't form very many coherent sentences. In my opinion he's a con and he uses his handicap to his advantage. his parent's are extremely shady individuals (maybe that's where he get's his "screw-you-over" attitude.
