I am hoping all parties involves will also agree to the terms. I believe her and Haiku have also reached an understanding. Sentai is not only a budding artist on Furaffinity.net, but also a longtime user of Sofurry.com. farmerly yiffstar.com  My personal blog is a bit more lengthy and personal, so I tried to keep this one as professional as possible. Ive had a long time running in difficulty with this artist, as she has carried whatever sour grapes she has against me over to sites other than Furaffinity and Sofurry (such as livestream). Just recently, I found out that for a long period of time she has been privately contacting my past and reoccurring commissioners  to badmouth me as a person, offend them through their commissioning me or other people, and their character, and likely has prevented some of those people from commissioning me again via defamation. Instead of consulting me with whatever problems she has with me, she has instead contacted my watchers and commissioners to complain about my business ethics or practices, something of which she could not possibly know as we have never done business together.

Several years ago, before this artist started attacking me about my "popularity", my fiance, and my art, prices etc, I actually encouraged her and her art progress AND I never even gave her suggestions unless she ASKED for them. I was VERY respectful for someone always so unwarrentedly disrespectfull to me (and my commissioners, though I wasnt aware at the time). Why she suddenly got a rage boner is honestly beyond me, but I'm not the only person it's happened to, specifically, not the only artist who she's been a persistant source  of harassments on MULTIPLE sites.

Thought not recent, I eventually grew sick of her constant provoking and underhanded commentary on literally EVERY site I belonged to when she got the gaul to come onto my livestream and offend my customer. She came onto MY livestream, asked me tons of questions about my software and pricing and ethics, and then ranted about how crappy I am and what a ripoff I am. She came onto MY stream, with MY customers, told them THEIR character is "trying too hard" and "tragic" (as if "no offence" at the end would make it all better?"), then tell me I'm ripping them off for charging $10 to $15 dollars an hour. She offended MY customers and then contacted these customers behind my back to whine about her art and badmouth my quality, me as a person and otherwise make defametory remarks to them about them or their piece they commissioned or about me. How do I know she hasn't  told a past commissioner a lie about who I am as an artist or a person and that prevented me from furute business? She has never commissioned me or received art from me to be able to dictate my business ethics and not one of my commissioners has had an issue with me that wasnt immediately resolved.

The worst part is I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.

Another artist who she has pulled this stunt with is Haiku OR CarboardCastles of sofurry and FA. Apparently she and her art receivers or friends have been harassed by Sentai for quite some time, as well, Sentai even being banned because she refuses to cease even when she is warned multiple times by moderation.

SO PLEASE, A WORD OF CAUTION. THIS PERSON MIGHT BE BADMOUTHING TO YOUR PAST, REVOLVING OR CURRENT COMMISSIONERS. HARASSING THEM, AND FOLLWOING YOU ON MULTIPLE SITES TO DO SUCH. It is apparently an ONGOING cycle with this person, regardless of how many times she has been warned or banned.

Here's a list of the places she's been banned and for what reasons, or broken rules,  as well as a list of people who she's been harassing:

-Sofurry, multiple times when it was YC. Here's the current moderation log on SF and proof she incessantly harasses users over long periods of time, in an unwarrented passive agressive manner: www.sofurry.com/threadview

-YC, user harassment, going around ignore feature, artist harassment, using vent to attempt to organize raids on YC, and to harass specific mods/users/artists, using puppet accounts to troll users

-Livestream, for harassing artists and commissioners and users

- Yashendwirh (myself) for badmouthing the artist, harassing commissioners, watchers, fiance, fellow artists and friends on FA and SF, following onto multiple sites to harass the artist and customers (COMMISSIONERS NAMES WTHIHELD AS TO PROTECT THEM FROM FURTHER HARASSMENT unless they come forward and admit it themselves)

-Haiku/Cardboard Castles of SF and FA for constant unprovoked harassment, underhanded commentary, harassing and offending past commissioners, watchers and friends (COMMISSIONERS NAMES WTHIHELD AS TO PROTECT THEM FROM FURTHER HARASSMENT unless they come forward and admit it themselves)

-Schwert/Sch/Schwertwal of SF and FA, for general harassment and provoacation of the artist. Lets just say attempts on him werent nearly as successful because "eh is a troll and doesnt afraid of anything." to put it simply

-A friend of mine, my fiance's and an art receiver from Haiku, who wants their name withheld

-Firasia, general harassment and unprovoked offenses in SF


So AGAIN, a word of caution. This person seems to lash out at artists she comes in contact with who have otherwise seemed latent or non-agressive towards her in any way, and she lashes out by harassment through multiple sites, harassing commissioners, and making otherwise defamatory remarks on the artist, their art, their commissioners and their characters.

If you have any further incidences with this person, harassment as a commisioner, or as an artist, please come forward, as there is a list of at least 12 people from the above events.

There are logs on my personal blog that you can read. I am currently compounding what has been said in private, albiet I have to blank out our names or make them "stranger" and "you" or something because the person does not want further harassment or attacks. Or persons. Right now there are three, but I have not been able to check to see if there are more yet. Please be patient and i will see if I can have the logs put onto the above post.

Wow, I didn't think this would actually get posted here, but it did. Let me just say, that Yasha, I have had you on ignore in the chatroom for over 6 months. I have not said a word to you or provoked you in any shape or form.

I have NEVER. NEVER contacted your customers before, being as I pretty much have no idea who they are. So that part, is a lie. I do not go out of my way to various websites to find out who your customers are, and I do not make joy out of trying to ruin you. Again, as I have said, this is all a bunch of hogwash and I am not a vindictive person.

You seem to forget placing your fiance came in and trash talked me yesterday for absolutely no reason what so ever. I was perfectly fine minding my own business, with you on ignore like I always had for MONTHS.

Also, from what I gather, I thought this website was for posting people who have stolen money, not delivered commissions and the like. I have NEVER stolen money from anyone or caused harm to a persons commission business.

I have NEVER gone around and trashed other artists by going to their customers. PLEASE. Whatever grudge you have against me. DROP IT. Users here aren't allowed to delete posts, and all posts are backed up in case someone does decide to break the rules and delete them. I honestly have no idea if mods will delete posts they think are grudgewanky... it would probably take a lot of evidence to prove that they are.

Then again, it also takes screencaps, logs etc. to prove that a post ISN'T just grudgewank. Everyone here is pretty critical of the posters as well as the folks they're warning us about.

The only documented evidence I can see is that chat log mentioned. It's been proven that the person is snide but I don't think it's really enough to condemn Sentai just yet. Don't you have any chatlogs, e-mail logs, screenshots or whatever to better substantiate the claim?

Frankly unless you have definite without a doubt PROOF, then you are not only committing slander, but defamation of character and false accusation. All of which are VERY real and can be taken to court on, especially if this page does affect her income made from artwork.

Since I have seen no proof here on this page, linked or otherwise, I am calling this utter garbage. Screenshots can be forged, chat logs can be forged, and that one link to sofurry is ridiculous, is that your only proof?

Not to mention if/when this does come out into the light, it will destroy your online reputation if you're lying and no one will want to commission you again.

I have never talked to Sentai in person or online, I am merely stating this from a outside view, take it however you like.

I would personally want to know if someone was running around causing people's commissioners to not want to commission someone anymore. I would consider it a valid beware for that reason, as I think the base complaint of 'Someone is harassing my customers!' is a legit one.

That said, I hope the OP comes back with evidence, and I also hope the members here stop trying to turn this into a drama post. Evidence has been asked for, it's up to the OP to provide it, but people frothing at the mouth in the interim isn't very constructive.

After reading this post and the public one on your journal, I'm going to have to say that in order to believe anything here, you're going to need to provide a significant amount of detailed proof in order for me to believe any of this.

Unfortunately the public post on your journal seems to point to you having personal animosity towards Sentai, as well as several other people, and there's no proof that Sentai is doing what you are saying.

One serious point of A_B is that, if you aren't able to provide proof, the beware becomes about the poster. You're going to need to attach some screenshots, PM copies, etc, if you want this to hold up and not backfire on you.

There is no proof of notes because I never sent any notes to any customers. I have no idea who her customers are. I have never sought out to damage or harm either of these artists by privately contacting anyone. I could say this until I am blue in the face. The entire post here is nothing but vendetta. People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. I personally banned the OP's fiancée for causing trouble in the past (topic here (http://www.sofurry.com/threadview?threadid=4432)), and a conversation over IM indicates that when he breaks the rules, he does so exclusively to make the OP "happy" (logs available on request, if you have that kinda time to kill). So in reality, if you're going up against the OP for some reason, it's a lot like going up against her and a sockpuppet account.

The OP has also caused her fair share of trouble, especially revolving around the relentless pursuit of the accused subject, and was kicked from the chat for it just yesterday. The log the OP posted in her journal doesn't cover nearly everything, and omits important points such as her and her fiancée's response when asked if one random negative commented warranted a relentless attack for half an hour. And by "important points" I mean "furry drama no one cares about".

Honestly, there's just way too much drama. It can't be healthy. Avoid them all.

I'm very aware of her Yashen (remember Cyran? I never changed my lj at any rate) But yes I do know why she hates you. She has an ego complex and she's always bitching that you charge more money than her when her art is tons better than yours (when honestly her art is rather shitty).
She also bitched at me numerous times for being in the GAY room offering art for $5 a sketch because I'm apparently not good enough to call myself an artist either, yet she's the best artist around, better than you, better than Zausch, better than everyone. In her mind she is the best and that's all the reason to badmouth all other artists.

I have since positied pictures and a log as evidence, but there is more comming as I am waiting on permissions and livestream moderation. I understand it looked like a big he-said she-said and I am working to amend that with additional evidence. Posting evidence of harassment between several artists is more difficult than the last post I made, being that it was between me and and artist and my commission so i didnt have to have permissions to use any evidence.
