I dunno why they'd delete the entry. :/ The only issue people seemed to have with the actual entry were with getting clarification on how much money they(Signal) was owed/spent.

I remember they commented that they'd edit the entry later, but I think they meant they'd delete and resubmit it, or maybe they hit delete instead of edit. There was no good reason to delete it.

Thanks for actually asking, by the by. Most people, who know DAMN WELL we have a policy against deleting comments/posts, will just do it anyway instead of asking. It's really obnoxious.

I wasn't "smearing" anything. If I am correct, someone posted about the same user some short hours after my own post. So, clearly I am not the only person having problems with said artist.

As other people have tried to stain the reputation of others when they were the scammers in the first place.
hence why asking for proof, then the post gone.. then it felt a bit suspicius, but just like my edit said.. "nevermind.. I just read the moderator's post"

Uhm? Really? Said I was editing with screencaps. I have windows 7 and was unaware of how to go about this, someone informed me and I was coming back for an edit, and instead deleted the post. Thanks for assuming!

Whoa whoa. Don't get an attitude. Any time someone didn't provide evidence (After multiple people explained how) and then deleting a post raises red flags. Don't think there's some vendetta against you. I could have done the same thing and people would have guessed the exact same thing. Assume is all you can do until the person arrives to clarify.

Er... you mistakenly pushed the 'delete entry' button, rather than the 'save entry' button... and then confirmed it and pushed 'yes' when it asked you "are you sure you want to delete this entry"... accidentally? o_0

I know I've deleted entries in my own LJ by accident...repeatedly. Even though the buttons are clearly labeled and you have to confirm! Really hope I never have cause to post here, because I'd probably be the durrmass who deletes my post while trying to edit it. XD (Note: I'm not calling signal08 or anyone else who's ever mistakenly deleted a post a durrmass...just myself. :D )

If the OP still has their tab open that they accidentally deleted the entry in, they can use the back button to get back to the edit entry screen with all of the entry there that they were editing and have it handy to copy paste into a new entry with the screencaps in place.
