ETA 2: She has been banned!

ETA 1: I haven't gotten a response in asking Dragoneer for an update just yet, and I unfortunately will be out of town all weekend, leaving in just an hour or so. I will update this when I get a chance after I return, assuming I've gotten a response.

As Starfinder is a bit of a special case in how many she has scammed and for how long, I will be keeping everyone as closely updated as I can.

Original post is here. Dragoneer has informed me that he is giving her until the 13th, next Friday, to make good progress or she will be banned.

If she owes you art or a refund, please keep us posted.

Many, but I'm going to with-hold judgment until the date passes and see what happens. I want her gone, I want this fixed, and I'll take anything I can get at this point. Not once has she said she's sorry for how many people she's left to the wind, so I have no mercy/sympathy for her whatsoever.

She's already had at least one deadline and totally missed that one, at this point I just don't think that it's going to happen, she'll just have another excuse when Friday rolls around and I have no doubt that she'll be given yet another extension since 'Neer's idea of "final" seems to differ to everyone elses.

Not to mention her recent excuses are have a large hole in them since she has bragged she also owns an ipad and submitted drawings done on it to another account.

Seriously at this point I think the only solution is for her to either get her backside sued back into the stone-age or up in front of a judge for fraud, possibly both. She won't stop until the bailiffs haven been at the door, and taken away her expensive toys to sell them to pay her debts or until she finds herself locked up for it.

According to her journal, three people have gotten what they've wanted but I only see one confirmation in the comments. Does anybody know if these people have LJs or have confirmed this on their personal accounts?

I really really wish that all the comments weren't screened... Not only is it sketchy as hell from an outside perspective, it also makes it more difficult for people keeping tabs on the case to actually see if there's resolution.

I'm probably going to get suspended for it, but I made a shout on Dragoneers page requesting an official answer as to whats been done, or what is going to be done with this Starfinder fiasco. Its time that something was done and this drama ended.

He should protect the members of his community - if he cares too - from scammers like her, and put his foot down by banning her from doing business on his site.

This is kayla_la on Wes's account while I'm over at his place, I just wanted to update to say I haven't received any word and a note sent to Dragoneer has been unread and not replied to. I'm not sure if he's ignoring the situation or has maybe tried to correspond with me somewhere I can't access while not on my own computer, I'll have to update when I get back on Monday.

I just wanted to say that I haven't heard anything new yet, and she is not banned. I am disappointed, to say the least, but hopefully I'll know more later.

I assume Friday was the promised ban date? She still hasn't been banned as of late Saturday night / Early Sunday. Now she is begging for money in the form of donations, and receiving it from naive watchers who don't understand the reality of the situation.

While I feel sorry for her dog, there's no excuse for her, or her boyfriend, to not be able to control their own dog. Especially if it's a beloved pet. It is not hard to keep hold of a leash or make sure that your dogs don't randomly "escape" from you. Dogs are not conniving Houdini's in disguise. That's called an irresponsible pet owner.

There is also no excuse for her not being able to pay the vet bills (she's entirely responsible for) with the thousands of dollars she's scammed out of people.

I normally try to stay entirely out of drama, but this is outrageous.

I'm sorry you feel that way. She had a deadline of Friday evening on the 13th. Unfortunately, by the time I made the 3.5 hour drive to Pennsylvania to take care of this I had a severe family emergency that came up which landed my sister in the hospital.

So, I'm sorry for the delay, but I had to take care of family.
