I think this person is a con artist.

See this?
http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§ion=&global=1&q=zelda+necklace#/d3grtmx

I actually OWN this, and no I didn't buy it from her or her "team" (they can make beautifully precise necklace designs but MSpaint like shop signs? http://acessoriosanime.deviantart.com/art/ID-Acessorios-Anime-204970441)

My brother brought it back for me from America about... 2 years ago from Hot Topic.
I even have pictures from 2009 of me WEARING the damn thing:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v386/NekoPhoenix/menecklace.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v386/NekoPhoenix/menecklace2.jpg
Sorry for the smallness, had to take them from me facebook account.

So, there's that one that she's trying to pass off as her own creation. I'm not the first to catch her out I think as she has quite a lot of hidden comments.

This is also pretty suspect: http://www.etsy.com/listing/74401260/zelda-shield-necklace-blue?ref=pr_shop
Original?: http://capitalcomics.net/images/varios11.jpg
http://www.videogamemm.com/d/15828-3/Legend+of+Zelda+Shield+Necklace.JPG

What about the others?

Here is their etsy site: http://www.etsy.com/shop/PriSuicun?ref=seller_info
Where they are selling these for 33 dollars and NINETEEN dollars shipping or THIRTY FOUR dollars shipping outside of Brazil! - She even lists that the necklace isn't heavy, which it isn't, and she's charging 19 dollars to ship it WITHIN brazil.

This is a straight up con artist.
What can be done?

EDIT: Note from her:

Her reply makes NO sense, and then she promptly deleted her dA account
This is her regular account:
http://suicunosdh.deviantart.com/

EDIT II:
Note from her "lawyer" (which, by the way, I did not reply to the last one to warrant this torrent of badly bullshitted... well, bullshit)

Off topic, but the spelling of their name makes me frown. acessoriosanime. Really?

you can report them to etsy, but that unfortunately that doesn't do much these days :/

Seconding this.

Report it on principle, because it's an obvious reseller, but Etsy's admins seem like they don't care, or like they're too scared of being "mean" to be effective administrators.

Well, something happened, since the shop has been nuked.

Wonder if Etsy mods are actually finally cracking down on resellers or if the seller herself(?) got nervous and moved.

Guessing the latter, as she deactivated the DeviantART account too at the same time.

Nah, Etsy makes too much money off of the obvious resellers. :\

What probably has to happen is a lot of people have to report them to DA to get at least the picture/offer removed (they only remove if enough people complain) and then try to report them to Etsy though that doesn't really always do much of anything lately.

And there's nothing to hinky with her name if you know some Portuguese. That will probably also be her defense, that these places don't have their TOS readily available in her native language. Or at least I've not figured out quite how to find a non-English language TOS on either site.

Please don't bring that kind of crap here in artists_beware. Keep the unnecessarily snarky comments and image macros to yourself. That's what furrydrama_2 is for.

Might be a good idea to let people that are interested in buying from her know what's up too, though you'll have to unlock the entry to do that.

Not entirely sure what DeviantART will do about her, though hopefully reporting her will help.

A little googling, it looks like its the licensed belt buckle strung on a chain:
http://compare.ebay.com/like/270454361370?var=lv<yp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&_lwgsi=y
http://www.amazon.com/Zelda-Triforce-Logo-Belt-Buckle/dp/B002PZ1QKG/ref=sr_1_35?ie=UTF8&qid=1306169954&sr=8-35

also finding some similar keychains.

Some of them I'm not finding the exact color match, but it may be a discontinued style or one that wasn't made available in US.

well, we can agree this person was a reseller who used lies and fake adverticement to gain money...

anyway she nuked everything, her account was deactivated ( I suppose until things calm?, since her account was not deleted)
and she pretty much removed all the mentioned links.

I didn't know that, thx for the info.

I suppose only admins can?
Deactivating means just disabling, stuff still inside, like frozen.. sdtill different from deleted.

Sorry for the off-topic post here but figured I'd let you know the scoop.
Deactivating on DA is basically like deleting your account without actually deleting it. It can't be recovered by the user or the staff (which is why the hacking and deactivating outbreak was so upsetting a few months back), and stuff in your gallery can't be viewed unless found by other means (like through Google).

Actually, due to Cracktivation 2010, dA now allows a 30-day grace period. You CAN reverse your deactivation within those 30 days, otherwise the account will be lost forever.

I'm not sure if they have updated the other bit yet, which is that anyone whose account is deactivated can still view everything, receive comments, notes and replies, and retain their memberships, points and Group administrator statuses. But it has been proven.

Ahh, I was curious if they'd actually step up and do anything about that whole mess, since I didn't really see anything about it (and it seemed they were more or less placing full blame on the users). Glad to know they did.

They only implemented it when popular artists like Genzoman and Sonicrocksmysocks started getting "cracktivated", despite having suggestions from the users. Artists before the implementation have never got their accounts back though, such as kiminess and DameGreyWulf, now Dametora. If you check her account, she has some screenshots about the whole thing, I believe.

lol, why is that when everyone gets caught, they always jump and claim they will call their "lawyer" and other stuff?

Well, it looks like everything was removed, so yay!

However, jewelry and MS paint logo might not be that crazy. Drawing and sculpting can be pretty separate skills, I could make a decent logo, but would be rubbish at making jewelry. I imagine it would work the other way too.

Yeah, and your other evidence was probably pretty damning, but just being good at jewelry doesn't mean someone is good at logos. It could be evidence, but it could also just be that they're bad at logos, not that anyone with a MS paint logo is suspicious.

If I'm reading that second reply right, this person was trying to say that shipping stuff in and out of Brazil is very expensive - which is true. Their government charges some incredibly ridiculous import and export fees on everything and anything that goes in and out of the country, all in the name of "protecting the local economy."

I'm not trying to defend this person, but I've spoken with Brazilian game collectors in the past, and they've explained the situation in Brazil to me.

Maybe they were trying to use a registered service. I dunno. :p

Her prices are wacky, I'm not denying that.
