The fact that she won't face up to the commissions she's owing, AND running from them, she is truely guilty and aware of her actions but will NOT take responsibility.

Honestly, anyone who hides comments and has a rep in not fulfilling commissions is a real criminal in my eyes. If you are innocent why are you hiding things? :/

The other user didn't get the coyote, Customs didn't get it either otherwise they would have informed the user that their package had been confiscated.

However it has been nearly a whole year and she has NOT sent the plush commission to me.  She keeps using the excuse that her mother won't take her to the post office.

I am aware $10 is not much but it IS still REAL money. And what she is doing IS a federal offence. She denies commiting theft but STILL continues to make up excuses regarding shipping.

I have paid for this commission with PayPal, but she had asked me pior to payment to make it a Gift-Payment, and because of that, PayPal will not open a dispute case against her.

Yea, never pay for something on paypal saying its a gift.
If they artist is really that worried about the paypal fees they can charge an extra $1 or so to cover it.

If she can't get it to a post office to ship it out she needs to NOT take commissions or have the post come pick it up from her.
Or she could walk, considering she seems to be making excuses as to why she's not sending it out yet.
I wonder how many other people are waiting for her to "find a way to the post office"

Believe me, I am NOT going to pay for commissions with gift-payments ever again.

Excuses are her mother will not drive her to the post office. If her mother knew about what she was getting up to, not getting to a post office would be the least of Sagome's worries.

I know this girl. We occasionally chat over IM, and though it's not my fault, I still feel really bad. She owed me money and I had to keep bothering her for MONTHS about it until I got the refund. She has a really bad habit of saying "Hey, I got this for you!" and she will never send it. Unless it's a digital commission, I wouldn't advise ordering anything from her... especially after reading this post.

I think she's holding some contest now that has a prisma set as the prize (and the shipping on that might get pricey)? The only time I've gotten the product in a descent amount of time was when I won her last contest.

She's a cool person to be friends with... as long as there isn't any money involved. And I'm sure since she's 18 she can get in trouble, not her mom. Hopefully, this get sorted out.

If you read this Sagome, I'm not against you, but you have to stop slacking on sending items/refunding others... it's ridiculous.

I have also had a problem with her. Back around May I ordered a three character lineart from her and saw nothing of it. I didn't pay much for it and got increasingly fed up with her journals talking about how emo and sad she was and after communication with her failed I just deleted her from my watch list and sucked it up as a loss. I will definitely never consider getting a commission from Sagome again and advise other to be wary of doing business with her as well.

in fairness, if she's in the US and not in a city many places DON'T have public transportation. Despite living in several places, the first time I lived in an area with buses I was 18 and going to college. I wasn't in rural back-country either. Most of the suburbs in central MA don't have public transport, and it's a lot more urban a state than say, Kansas.

Did you see any photos of the completed work, or even WIP shots? If she didn't show you anything, there's a strong chance that she hasn't completed it yet. I'm not sure why her mother wouldn't take her to the post office either unless she's doing these plushies in secret or something.

Also, when someone asks you to send it as a gift, that's a pretty big red flag that they won't be honest with you and I'd question doing business with them. A lot of scammers posted on here like to used that method.

That said, I hope you get your money back.

They will pick it up if you print a label for the appropriate cost/weight or you pay them extra to come pick it up. It's not like they just come get it, though.

It's agents Paypal's rules to have people send payment for goods/services as a gift.
If you have a screen cap of that you may want to speak to Paypal about it...

Legally, she should not be taking payment as gifts as it is against Paypal's regulations. They will close the account down if you get too many for transactions that are payments for goods.

I buy Transformers and most sellers want it as a gift - to cover my hide I just send it as a payment and cover the fees myself (which is ok - TELLING customers to pay the fees is not).

Definitely contact Paypal if you have proof she is taking orders and making clients pay as gift.

Well it seems like nothing has changed. I am still blocked as this user continues to take money commissions for plushes. I have not heard a word of my commission ever being sent out, nor have I ever received a refund.

A disgusting person to work with. I have actually emailed police who are currently looking into it.

I found some users on dA who commissioned her in Jan and never got their stuff.
As well as the competition I entered, I asked the other contestants if they got their stuff and they said no - And this contest dates back to 2010!
