WHEN: Initial payment and commissions opened on May 16th, 2011. Since then there have been a series of updates stating various reasons for delay and promised completion dates that are never met and no progress is visible.

EXPLAIN: Numerous attempts to contact the artist for either the work or the refund have come up with only explanations like the ones in the journals posted above. As of this posting I have not seen any of the fap fap animations finished and reading comments throughout his page and in his shout box it appears there are many other people waiting for some response or finished work. At this point I consider my payment forfeit but everyone should know that he is still taking new work, payment upfront, for animations that may never be finished.

We decided to approve this because all the unanswered journal comments and the like make it pretty clear that foul play is going on here, but we'd like to ask if you can provide proof of payment and the original commission agreement, as well. Thanks!

Journals can be deleted if he was that way inclined. It's best to screencap relevant things as a precaution.

First i want admit that Partran say about i'm not done any fap fap animation it's true(for my irresponsibility and other circumstances).
But i'm not a thief, and there i'm posting some evidences of it.
People have to know i'm pending of my customers say and ask.

I'm not hide, i'm not gone, i'm here for any one who want refunds or ask something(I ever try reply via note, now i have internet at home(around 2 months ago) for check well what my customers ask).

It's Besped. He's notorious for taking lots of payments, doing nothing, and then mysteriously vanishing. He's done it at least once before that I know of and a LOT of people were pissed off.
