EXPLAIN: I contacted TheRoyalBanana/Jing the Ranga, April 26th, 2011 (Banana1), after I saw her going green deal. She had a lot of green fur after she made her first suit, and was asking if anyone wants commissions involving green. I was really interested because of one of my sona (Roger) where well green with red stripes, so I contacted her. Things went really well she was nice and gave me a grand total of $200 for a head and tail (Banana 2), which I didn't mind I thought it was great pricing! Since I was really new to fursuits I really didn't know better....I just didn't know back then it would ended up like this
On May 6 2011 I sent the first payment, (banana 3)soon after May 8th she sent me a message saying the fur and wig as been sent, May 13th she contacted me again saying the fur should be in the 13th, and asked if for my head size and info about my glasses.(banana4) May 20th came by and I sent her a message saying I would send the second payment, at the time my main paypal wasn't working, so I made a brand new account to send the money to her..Well I don't know if that was bad or not, but I send her the second payment that Friday (banana5). Sept 1st I gave her my address, and Nov 8th She gave me an update saying she was on Vacation and when she comes back she would finish my head and other heads(banana6). Dec 20th I asked if she could shipped Roger on my b-day, no reply. Next message from her would be Jan 24 2012, saying that she would update the head for free! because she saw my new ref page for my sona Roger, I was really excited and happy (banana7). March 28th I finally got an update picture (Roger1) She said she was going to redo the eyes, to the new male style (Roger 2 and Banana 8). May 29th she messaged me, saying that he was cute! And had a surprise with it (Banana9)... Jun 27th I send a message to her asking for any new info. She Replied Jul 14, saying she had a sudden trip out of town (Banana10)...Sep 14-25 Asked her if she was done with him..she says issues came up, and I said I would take what she had done (Since I've seen pics of it being done) Over a refund (Banana 12 and Banana 13)...Since then I had no messages back nor any contact Since then, even though I did send a message saying I want the head.
I resonantly asked two of her other commissioners that was on her page, One was lucky enough to get a refund (refund), the other said Banana contacted her 17 days ago , saying her head was done and was going to post pics soon (banana14), I contacted 5 SO's that was on her page, all 5 did not have any kind of contact with her, but they all met her at a con, so I know she is alive. 1 of the shouters was nice enough to give me info about this guy who I'm guessing was a secret commissioner, he got his suit a month ago and it was made by Banana..He has/had contact with her, and says that he'll get her in contact with me...Or try too, apperently she hasn't been online to him...He gave me the reason why she hasn't been on, but still just becasue of that is no way to go online and not answer me or other people who PAID you to make suits.(banana 15) I message her BF, so I'm awaiting the answer from him...I'll update when I get more info

Surprisingly she messaged me today...apparently she had to move again that's why she wasn't on? And she saw the A_B post...I re-gave my address to her and she says she's going to send me the head (At lease I'm getting that) And she says it's finished...I asked her when she is going to send it and I have yet to get a reply.

It's all good, I haven't receive any messages from him, she has contacted me...but seems a bit more snippy, and I don't get why she couldn't ship the head that week when she asked for my address...Also she still hasn't have any updated pics. A friend of mine is suggesting she's not going to post any pics, due to it not living up to my expectations, or it's going to look bad somehow.

Or she hasn't done anything, and your head isn't completed. Or else she would've given you pictures or shipped it when she asked for your address.

I haven't gotten any word on my suit, I've paid quite a bit of the total, and all I have left to do is give her my hand measurements again, I think. I kind of feel like going "oh well, that's what I get for commissioning a new maker," but it doesn't sit right with me. A shame, because she was super nice, too.

I've been asking for refund payments every once in a while (because I'm super dumb and forget haha) and she's been extremely prompt with them when I ask. I think I have $100 left to ask about. Either she lets me know if there will be a delay or sends it immediately. I really think she's trying to bounce back, I've seen her upload suit wips recentlyish.

Yea she is trying to. I only ask because someone I know is getting a suit made by them and I wanted to make sure she was taking care of everything else. It's good to hear because I like her suits!
