"Artists Beware"

WHAT: a digital art commission that has been completed, but then be charged back by this commissioner. (see proof 2)

WHEN: commission succefully ended on July 5th, 2015,
chargeback case happened on August 27th, 2015

EXPLAIN:
about 3 months ago, I was commissioned by SnowDarkWolf and drew a pic for him: (WARNING: NSFW?) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17019931/

The commission was successfully completed and I'd already sent him the full size image.

However, at last month, a charge-back from PayPal is issued, saying that the customer wants his money back.

I tried to contact SnowDarkWolf by all the methods I could, but there's totally no response. He's email is dead-like and his account on FA is banned.

It's quite obvious that he's trying to con me on that commission, he probably thinks that he doesn't need to pay on commissions on a banned account.

It really upsets me. I work hard and waste a lot of time for someone, but end up not earning anything, yet losting even more money than doing nothing, just because someone is being selfish. D:
