WHAT: Two animal crossing badges

EXPLAIN: I got two Animal Crossing Badges. They were done within a month or so and I was told that they should be shipped soon (Submissions showing them have been deleted??).
Jinxsis is a wonderful artist and I'm so happy I was able to commission them. Their art is adorable and really well done, but they have a problem with shipping and communication. There were multiple journals saying that shipping was being done (now deleted), though I still had not gotten my badges. Right after another shipping journal I decided to ask about my badges since I have been waiting for them to come "any day now" for weeks. http://i.imgur.com/tasFEnZ.png I sadly deleted the response (I clear my shouts periodically) but I was told that they should come on time. Sadly they did not.
I am still waiting on my badges in the mail and thought I should warn others on artists_beware. I really love their art and would love to get more things from them, but I am unsure of getting anything to be shipped. Which is sad, because they have the cutest ideas and such. I hope that they get their act together and fix this problem so that I and others could get their product and feel safe commissioning them again.

I commissioned her for two badges myself but resquested a refund last night. Hoping to get it by the 30th :/.

Like you I think her ideas are so cute and the Art is as well! But with how many commission journals she posted after accepting mine (over 2 months ago) I became worried when I'd see my badges...

I hope your badges arrive soon... I've seen a few people on her page asking about things. It really is a shame. :(

I remember she did a free badge for me a year ago and I bought a tag from her that I never got. The badge I'm not upset about because it was free and an outdated character. The tag, albeit $4 I wish I would have gotten :/

yeah i commissioned two chibi badges and she uploaded one (not mine) a couple days after taking them and thought oh she's gonna upload the rest but nope, and i dislike how she keeps taking on more things and promises to show previous things

I bought a Rainbow Dash tag from her before Christmas and never got it. She claimed it got lost in the mail and she'd re-send it...I just think she never sent it in the first place. Still waiting but have pretty much given up. :P

It had been over a year ago. since she hadn't gotten any in so long and takes a whole bunch of commissions I would have never been able to guess that it was still going on.

I had issues with a commission when she was doing Halloween Tags. I ordered one with a steampunk theme. I really loved it but apparently it got lost in the mail. Then the submission was deleted from her gallery. No proof of the commission or anything.
I later then had her change it to the Animal Crossing badge. Took forever for it to come in the mail. :/ Felt like I had to ask every month on a simple badge.

I really love her art, but how things are handled makes me not want to commission. I really love the new things she's been putting out but I'm really hesitant on commissioning her now.

I also had the same issues with her. I even caught her in a lie about shipping my items.
Ordered 2 bubble jars, 1 to be shipped to Canada, and a pack of MLP charms.

I ordered them sometime I believe before christmas. She got them done literally that night and the next day and I was super excited. Sent shipping info and waited.

Beginning of january, 2nd week I hadn't heard any word on shipping but wasn't stressing too much with holidays.

I finally noted her a week before my husbands birthday and requested it be shipped out so it got here in time for his birthday Jan 22nd. She sent me a note asking for my addy again and said she was headed out the door THAT day to ship them. I was so excited... and then nothing came. Waited.. and finally on my birthday a week later they came. Shipping stamp was dated 4 days or so after she claimed she was shipping that day.

I was not happy I had caught her in a lie. Then the bubble jar that was supposed to be sent to Canada for a friend... took MONTHS and me firmly asking, for her to finally send his off. I think he got it sometime in April of May of this year.

I won't be ever buying goods from her again. So sorry OP you also had issues!

She has owed me art for while. She will lose them and state she will redo them, even add an extra picture or two. Started out with some chibi's then glow-stick badges, and the list keeps going on. She now has changed it all to a 3char piece that I've seen a sketch of but that's it. I'd avoid her.
