EXPLAIN: I initially bought the suit head off FoxFairy so I could share the suit head with friends. A lot of my friends where I originally lived could not afford suits so I really wanted to do something for my friends

I sent one final email saying to either ship me the head and tail(or materials for tail) or give me a full refund and redo the suit head to not be the design I made. I do not know what to do at this point. A lot of FoxFairy's commissioners are now coming out and messaging each other and we are all worried.
This is not the first time FoxFairy has disappeared. I have counted at least 3 times where FoxFairy has disappeared without a trace since December 2012 and has not contacted any of her commissioners. This experience has made me feel a bit bitter and I only jumped on the commission because she had no Artist Bewares and she had decent work. I am starting to regret this decision.

EDIT:: Foxfairy replied to my last email showing WIP of the suit head. While the head is nearly finished she said, the markings are a bit off. I replied back to her email and told her what was off about the character/suit. Hair was missing. Ear cuff was missing(which we had discussed adding on one of the first emails). Markings were off for the muzzle. I still do not know what fur she used, which I requested to know from the beginning.
I do not mind delays, but as long as communication is kept. She seems to be trying to make up for what she did to her commissioners, albeit slow.

EXPLAIN:

My husband (raziel0682) and I commissioned Exodite on the last day of Anthrocon 2013 at the urging of a friend. At the time, he asked that we pay him via paypal. We did so, paying $50. He assured us work would be started that day.

So, we waited. I sent him a note shortly after AC about the commission. He opened it. Didn't respond.

I commented on his page. No response. Commented again a few weeks later. Again, no response or acknowledgement.

I sent him IMs via his publicly available IM screenname. No response.

As of now, all attempts to contact him have met with nothing. He makes public entries about livestreaming, about working on his queue (a massive list that can be seen here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ap4naVuBuS7adF85cVZ1Q3BjcTFfWEpSMjhqNjVBaHc#gid=0 but has not responded AT ALL to any of my attempts to contact him.

I have sent him one final note asking for contact, with the intent of pursuing legal action if there is no response.

All I wanted was some progress shown, or even just some sort of contact. But his continued ignoring of all of my attempts has made this transaction a considerably soured one for me.

He's posted on his journals numerous times about how he's going to contact everyone he owes art to, how he's going to respond to all his notes, but mine sit...he's read them, but no response.

Edit: This has since been resolved via very polite note and refund.

WHAT: Two animal crossing badges

EXPLAIN: I got two Animal Crossing Badges. They were done within a month or so and I was told that they should be shipped soon (Submissions showing them have been deleted??).
Jinxsis is a wonderful artist and I'm so happy I was able to commission them. Their art is adorable and really well done, but they have a problem with shipping and communication. There were multiple journals saying that shipping was being done (now deleted), though I still had not gotten my badges. Right after another shipping journal I decided to ask about my badges since I have been waiting for them to come "any day now" for weeks. http://i.imgur.com/tasFEnZ.png I sadly deleted the response (I clear my shouts periodically) but I was told that they should come on time. Sadly they did not.
I am still waiting on my badges in the mail and thought I should warn others on artists_beware. I really love their art and would love to get more things from them, but I am unsure of getting anything to be shipped. Which is sad, because they have the cutest ideas and such. I hope that they get their act together and fix this problem so that I and others could get their product and feel safe commissioning them again.
