Sweetnightmare/KillMyTV Update

It has been brought to our attention that Sweetnightmare/KillMyTV (FA)/Silver Cherry (IB) is currently under investigation by Furaffinity Administrator Bazeel for not finishing commissions in a timely manner for years, failure to maintain a proper queue, as well as failure to properly keep her customers in the loop via WIP images.

If you are new here and unsure of who we're talking about, please review her tag here.

This is a post to touch base with all past commissioners of hers to see the exact amount of work owed. This is not a post to attack her, be it here or on any of her artsite accounts. We will be taking action against people from here that we find commenting on her pages after this post goes up.

So again, anyone who has commissioned Sweetnightmare/KillMyTV/Silver Cherry, please let us know if she still owes you work. The information we gain from this post will be seen by Bazeel for them to review. Links to past AB posts you have made or proof (screencaps of notes/Paypal payments/emails) that she does indeed owe you would be more helpful than vague comments, thank you!

EDIT: All of her FA-related accounts have been suspended for the above reasons.

Figured I'd add myself here. I go under the same name on both Inkbunny and Furaffinity. I paid 200 dollars for a full fursuit. Half was paid on January 9th, 2013. The other half was paid on January 17th, 2013, due to a deal we had made via Skype. The following is what she had posted when offering her fursuits via Furaffinity.

"So, long story short, our roomie who is the only one on the lease, bailed on us after doing something horrible to one of our cats. He took all the rent money, and he is authorizing the landlord to clean out the house in the next xouple days. If we can raise enough funds, said landlord will rent another place to us, but he needs us out of here so he can get more renters in here, which I understand. BUT ITS STILL SCARY. I am sick. I am tired. Here is our offer:

Paypal is at the bottom, everyone who donates gets something.

Ok so, I have ALOT ALOT ALOT of leftover df fur, be it from leftovers on orders, given to me, or I ordered WAY too much! Also have foam, eyes, leds, etc.

With these materials, I am offering 100 dollar fursuits.
Here is what you get for 100 bucks:
~ Head, foam base on balaclava, moving jaw and your choice of 3-d, toony or resin eyes included. I can even make them glow!

~ Paws, machine sewn, your choice of pawpad and claw color.

~ Tail, machine sewn, on two beltloops and I can include a squeaker or two!

~ Footpaws, on comfy slip on shoes, your choice of indoor or outdoor soles, and pawpad/claw color ^^

So you get all that for 100 and work will begin Feb 2nd.
For an extra 100, I will make a bodysuit, machine sewn, front or back zip.
just measurements, and a ref or really good desciption of what ya want built ^^"

I do admit that it took my quite a long time to get my measurements to her due to some lack of time with school, work, and a cross country move, so I can't hold against her the fact that it wasn't started by February 2nd (Even though there are people here who've waited longer than that).

I also paid her an additional 10 dollars for a pair of furry boxers on March 17th, 2013. This is the message she sent out on Skype for that.

"Mass message: We have a housing emergency. For a donation of ten or more dollars, I will make you a super nice pair of fake fur boxers in any color or pattern! They will have a small detachable tail, and I can even modify the front or back for more mature furry Play. Please message back if interesed and ill send ya my paypal :3 thanks!"

When I paid that, all information she would need was sent to her. I was told on May 28th, 2013 that "(she'll) be makin em soon"

My last communication with her was on August 28th, when I finally sent the Measurements for my suit. It's why I never really responded to her more recent journals as she couldn't have been working on my suit this whole time without any measurements. But the other item I purchased from her was something she could have done pretty quickly, or so I thought.

I know I'm not the longest waiting person, or the one who paid the most for anything, but I figured I would add myself to the list of people still waiting for something from her. I'd rather just get the boxers from her now and be happy waiting on the fursuit til these others get it. The people that have been waiting far longer, that is, and the ones that are looking for them for specific deadlines.

The fact she's using her Skype like that is really atrocious. That isn't professional at all, and is also extremely shady because a papertrail of such 'deals' can easily be lost.

I stand by my opinion they don't need to be back on FA to do business as they have no business being IN business.

I do agree. All business should not be via Skype. It is helpful to get in touch with them rather quickly if you have a simple question while in the middle of their work. If they're online, it's easier to ask them a question on Skype. But to do it all through Skype... Personally, I'd be happy to see her not post up "Need help" for one reason or another again. Because I doubt the people here are going to give that help anymore.

Truth be told... I'd also be happy if she came clean. Put this on your Inkbunny page and say that you owe a lot to others and are working on fixing what's taken so long to do. Show others that you are doing what you can, and then hold true to those words, rather than taking forever to update.

Hello there! This is SN from fa, your suit maker.
Due to recent circumstances I have been banned from my furry art site
due to taking too many commissions.
I apologize deeply to my customers and I do hope
we can work together to come to a peaceful resolution.
I can offer refunds starting in November so I have time to get a job,
or your suit. I may not be able to meet any immediate deadlines
but if you want your suit, I will still do it.
Please let me know which you would prefer. I do hope we can remain friends
and I will be updating folks via Skype and/or email.

Please do not lie about the circumstances surrounding your suspension. I am posting a clarification to this, to assist you in remembering the reasons in which you are no longer allowed to use Fur Affinity for business.
