It has been brought to our attention that Sweetnightmare/KillMyTV (FA)/Silver Cherry (IB) is currently under investigation by Furaffinity Administrator Bazeel for not finishing commissions in a timely manner for years, failure to maintain a proper queue, as well as failure to properly keep her customers in the loop via WIP images.

If you are new here and unsure of who we're talking about, please review her tag here.

This is a post to touch base with all past commissioners of hers to see the exact amount of work owed. This is not a post to attack her, be it here or on any of her artsite accounts. We will be taking action against people from here that we find commenting on her pages after this post goes up.

So again, anyone who has commissioned Sweetnightmare/KillMyTV/Silver Cherry, please let us know if she still owes you work. The information we gain from this post will be seen by Bazeel for them to review. Links to past AB posts you have made or proof (screencaps of notes/Paypal payments/emails) that she does indeed owe you would be more helpful than vague comments, thank you!

EDIT: All of her FA-related accounts have been suspended for the above reasons.

I was asked by the FA admin Bazeel to post here regarding Sweetnightmare and her close to thirty overdue and un-updated commissioners for purposes of reference and future contact. More people are slowly beginning to contact me, so I will update this list as they do, or as I find them. The total number of people waiting as of writing is 25, with an estimated price value of $6,260.

This is a comprehensive list of everyone who she owes, how long they have waited, how much they have paid, and if they have seen any progress from her.

A lot of people have requested I do not make the notes public, and I will adhere to their request. I have compiled a list with a synopsis.
anyone with a * infront of their name is as of writing a MINOR who she allowed to commission her.

saberkittyZero - Waiting since may, paid $200, got a picture of fur, half finshed feet, and threatened an A_B twice to get pictures out of her.
*amberthekitteh - Jan 2013, one full one partial, paid $300, no progress
artemisthedalmahusky - Waiting 2 years, paid roughly $400, donated money to her as well, recieved heads, handpaws, and tails, but missing bodysuits and feetpaws.
airguitar - Friend commissioned her in mid-2011, quoted $200, paid $400 because SNM claimed she had cancer and needed treatment,
gaaradarklover - Waiting since November 2012, paid $200, only saw within the law two weeks a skype video of an incomplete fursuit head.
jmw - Waiting since Janurary 2013, paid $280, no progress photos despite claim all it needs is to be mailed out.
thetater - Waiting since Jan of 2012, paid $150, was told I may not like my head and my paws were not done, after she told him it was all done, so she offered him his fur and tail that she sent a picture of.

AzrielSilvervulpine - Commissioned her sometime in 2012 (waiting a year and a half), paid $3000, yes, three THOUSAND dollars (Paid her rent for her, and got extra stuff from her as a result) , no progress pictures, SNM claims all that's left are eyes.
InvertedMaya - Ordered a head, tail and some extra fur, paid 50$ for the head 25$ for the tail and 35$ for red fur. Originally ordered last November. The tail (which she says is complete) was bought around May. The box of fur was bought in June. And only bought because she promised it be shipped by June 10th.
Vajira - Ordered December 2012, paid $100 for a parrtial, no progess seen
Miakoda~ - Waiting since December of 2010, paid her $400 for two partials, has only recieved one skype chat update since.
Phobophobia - Commissioned her in March, paid $200 for a full suit, seen no progress.
KyleFoxx - Commissioned her in April of 2012, paid $350, no progress and has not been refunded.
QuintonoMalley - commissioned her in mid-november 2012, paid $300 in an auction, no progress images other then a note saying she was foaming.

SajinCondour - Ordered three suits March 2012, sent out three partials (Heads, Hands, and Tails) still owes them three bodysuits and three sets of feetpaws. Is supposed to send them by the end of September 2013.

She had posted a owed list, and she deleted it sometime after 8:30amCST after being confronted by administrators, and apparently disgruntled users, so who knows how many more people are still in the dark.

I have extensive screenshots ranging from July 2012 to September 2013. I tried to catalog them into folders, but after several hours, I just put the remaining 275 into their own folder. I tried, I really did.

She has been taking commissions, and then posting journals claiming to have a wide array of supposed health issues. The odd journal will crop up saying how she is paranoid of people spreading lies about her, or claiming to never send a product out, and for her commissioners to then contact her if approached by such a person.

What more can I say? The rabbit hole is deep.

I luckily have not had a problem with her. Back in July/August I bought a used fursuit head from her, which arrived in a timely manner and without a problem. However, I did have to prod her to make sure it got shipped (or at least be told it was). I didn't realize she had a bad rep until AFTER I bought the head.

I've (thankfully) never done business with her, but I just wanted to step in and add that, for a time, she was taking commissions under the business name "Over The Rainbow Suits," which has an FA page "xovertherainbowx (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/xovertherainbowx)." The FA page has been inactive for two years, but the Weebly.com website (http://overtherainbowsuits.weebly.com/gallery.html) she'd built for it (now a dead link, URL simply included here for reference) was active up until August 27th, when it had been brought to the public eye in another LJ community that she was still advertising suit commissions when she already owed so much.

Regarding LackofLollies' comment at the top here: This is the first time I've seen SweetNightmare's queue, and the estimated overall total people have paid her, and... I'm absolutely speechless. I knew she had a reputation, but I didn't realize it was this bad.

Yeah... I saw her journal post on InkBunny. She is claiming she was banned on FA for "not showing enough WIPs" and I was like "They'd really ban her for that?" ... Then I came here and saw this entry. =____=

Yikes. I would feel so bad owing people so much! I was just fretting the other day because I had been stalling on a comic page for two weeks. I couldn't imagine the stress that this backlog would cause me. I really hope she gets her act together and refunds/works on it.

My friend commissioned her in early 2011 for a fursuit head. There are images of the finished head on her FA but she has not delivered the final product. Looking in the $200 range because he gave her extra to help out with her financial situation. She has not been in recent contact with him although she claims she has been. Just waiting for her to ship.

She did an amazing job compiling all of the information, the amounts, all of it. The one that invested three thousand dollars into their commission left me speechless. All of this is just horrific.

I know a number of people have been victim of her over on a Fursuit group I moderate, so I'll make a post over there and let people know to come here with their case/proof.

I suggest using an email, and NOT skype and Inkbunny note-system. You won't be able to keep track of who you owe that way. You have a long way to go before getting back onto FA.

First off I ust want to mention it sickens me how nonchalant her replies are to this thread. The emoticons and "lol sorry" truly disgust me. She should be ashamed...not acting like this isn't a big deal at all.

I find it funny she uses skype to have people contact her so she can give them her excuses there instead of in a public place in journals or shouts where people can see and use it against her..
Anyways, i'm glad I finally spoke out last night it seems to have contributed to sparking getting her off of FA and from (hopefully) scamming more people.. thank you for finally doing this. I had people come to me and tell me their horror stories, especially recently which really encouraged me to speak out at her in the journal(s), but of course since I called her out she blocked me. Not losing sleep on that, but in the end, i'm so happy you guys are doing something. She hasn't affected me personally but I was getting sick of seeing other people being screwed.. thank you times a million.

Figured I'd add myself here. I go under the same name on both Inkbunny and Furaffinity. I paid 200 dollars for a full fursuit. Half was paid on January 9th, 2013. The other half was paid on January 17th, 2013, due to a deal we had made via Skype. The following is what she had posted when offering her fursuits via Furaffinity.

"So, long story short, our roomie who is the only one on the lease, bailed on us after doing something horrible to one of our cats. He took all the rent money, and he is authorizing the landlord to clean out the house in the next xouple days. If we can raise enough funds, said landlord will rent another place to us, but he needs us out of here so he can get more renters in here, which I understand. BUT ITS STILL SCARY. I am sick. I am tired. Here is our offer:

Paypal is at the bottom, everyone who donates gets something.

Ok so, I have ALOT ALOT ALOT of leftover df fur, be it from leftovers on orders, given to me, or I ordered WAY too much! Also have foam, eyes, leds, etc.

With these materials, I am offering 100 dollar fursuits.
Here is what you get for 100 bucks:
~ Head, foam base on balaclava, moving jaw and your choice of 3-d, toony or resin eyes included. I can even make them glow!

I do admit that it took my quite a long time to get my measurements to her due to some lack of time with school, work, and a cross country move, so I can't hold against her the fact that it wasn't started by February 2nd (Even though there are people here who've waited longer than that).

I also paid her an additional 10 dollars for a pair of furry boxers on March 17th, 2013. This is the message she sent out on Skype for that.

"Mass message: We have a housing emergency. For a donation of ten or more dollars, I will make you a super nice pair of fake fur boxers in any color or pattern! They will have a small detachable tail, and I can even modify the front or back for more mature furry Play. Please message back if interesed and ill send ya my paypal :3 thanks!"

When I paid that, all information she would need was sent to her. I was told on May 28th, 2013 that "(she'll) be makin em soon"

My last communication with her was on August 28th, when I finally sent the Measurements for my suit. It's why I never really responded to her more recent journals as she couldn't have been working on my suit this whole time without any measurements. But the other item I purchased from her was something she could have done pretty quickly, or so I thought.

I know I'm not the longest waiting person, or the one who paid the most for anything, but I figured I would add myself to the list of people still waiting for something from her. I'd rather just get the boxers from her now and be happy waiting on the fursuit til these others get it. The people that have been waiting far longer, that is, and the ones that are looking for them for specific deadlines.

i have paid $50 and commissioned for a partial, and tail and ears over a year ago and still havent seen any progress. i even spoke to her today after seeing the update pics on fa and claiming my suit is 95% done, but claims that all of her camera enabled devices stopped working all of a sudden. she also completely lied to me a few months ago claiming to have actually shipped me the tail and ears, but of course never received them and she "lost" the tracking number.

This is so appalling how this individual is treating her clients. I saw an beware post about this artist before and she made it seem like she was sort of interested in getting things handled, maybe overwhelmed which is understandable for someone new to business to take waay too much too quickly. But it does not excuse poor service and continuing to add to a list that she can't handle.

I would highly advise others whom are adding themselves to the list to also create bewares against this artist since her past and current behavior haven't seemed to change. (unprofessional addression to these debted clients, seemingly unapologetic and disorganized about the situation in it's entirety. It seems to me that she probably has had no idea the extent of this list nor is fired up to get threw it.)

I hope her clients/commissioners can get out of the situation without major losses like some of these individuals had to do already.

Hmm I debated adding in myself since I am one of the few who have waited less time and I try to give others the benefit of the doubt but after reading this I am going to post, I commissioned her fall of last year for a full suit when she held a sale on partial and full suits, spending a total of 330 which the final payment for was made three months ago. Admittedly I can say that my payments took a while so I felt my suit had low priority, however I kept in touch as much as possible asking questions about the progress, will it be done when I asked for it to be done, possible WIP pics, I rarely got any kind of response back, most of my notes were ignored unless they involved anything to do with payment. I'm a pretty patient person, but I can see that many others have been far more patient than me, and even more generous than I have been. If her proclamation to give everyone what they are owed is true I will be very glad to see it happen. I have mixed feelings about this situation, as I am sure some others do as well. I hope this gets resolved, I'd much rather have my full fursuit than a refund.

I ordered a full fursuit + second body, digi-style legs in september of 2012.

No photos, no progress, she told me first she'd have it finished before 2013, then before AnthroCon 2013.

I made a payment of $200 on September 6th 2012 and $160 on September 9th 2012, $360 in total.

I have a paypal screen cap I posted on my photobucket. But I don't know if that goes under the category of "personal information."

While I'm a patient kitty, after reading this post I've decided to ask for a refund instead of a suit.

Hi, I'm the "Vajira" on the list (though my FA username is spelled as "Vajra", without the I). I don't know if Mander's gotten around to it, but I also ordered a $5 art commission from SNM in May (when I wasn't even slightly suspicious yet), and have not seen any progress on that, despite being told she would stream it soon.

Also, I want to throw in my two cents about my suit: I ordered my partial around last December, right after Christmas, for $100. It is my first fursuit I'll ever own, and I was very excited to send the size info. I got it for a Pokemon Text RPG online (the suit's species was of a tiger fakemon) and was planning to show my support during their anniversary (IIRC, around January?), though if I didn't get it by then, the plan was to wait a little longer. Months passed, and it's all come to this, I see. I don't know what to think, really...

I commissioned her for shoulder length baby blue handpaws and a matching dragon tail last October. I never received image proof that they had been completed. When I requested a refund, she claimed she needed to sell them first and that she had a buyer. I have still not received my $70 back.

contact your commissioners. some people are happy to wait as long as they get regular updates, some will want refunds. do what it takes to make them happy anf get through your backlog.  This is advice from someone who had a suit maker vanish for years and then come back to try to make things right. I was willing  to wait on my siit as long as she showed that she was at least working on her queue.

Try setting up a mailing list do that you can send emails to all customars at once and show all progress even ig it isn't their suit at least they can see that you are working on your owed work. This way they are less likely to feel like you are trying to scam.
I would even tell everyone's refund status in that email. Being honest and open with your commissioners is best.
