EXPLAIN: its been year since I first commission her ( see first entry on artist beware). I have no fursuit (which I do not want)no refund, and I have no idea when I will get one . This is a lot of money for someone to hold.She make so many promises only to break them. But i should be thankful I havent wait three years right?

Ugh, I had a lot of respect for her after seeing how well she handled her previous post about her and I was sure she was working to actually get the issue resolved. This is really disappointing to see her pulling this shit now and putting it off as much as she can. :/ The guilt-tripping all over her replies to you are gross.

she made payment arrangements:

"I'm very sorry that we have not kept in touch, but I wanted to finally discuss the refund with you.

I can send you $50 immediately and then send you $500 per month starting around the first week of March.

So you should receive $500 on March, $500 on April and then the final $500 on May.

You should receive each $500 increment some time during the first week of every month.

About the "think how that guy must feel" comment:

I agree that it was tactlessly worded, but to be fair the vibe I got from it was more self-deprecating than that. It's sort of hard to explain- she might have been guilty and self-conscious about the 3-year-wait and meant to sympathize with him. I read it as less of a "your troubles aren't important because think about this guy!" and more "I feel so terrible about this poor guy".

It very well could be that she meant to be comparing misfortune like that, but I think she just screwed up her wording, as from skimming the other beware she seems to feel guilty about the wait times and usually speaks professionally. I can see how someone could make that wording mistake. Although I might have missed other bad conduct if someone could quote?

She's still making excuses of course, and that she is having someone ELSE finish a head rubs me the wrong way a little bit. Hopefully she ran it by the commissioner first. Another thing is that she's asking fursuit commissioners to email her, but in a journal. Not everyone sees journals, they get nuked all the time.

I dunno, either way the general vibe I get is that she bit off more than she could chew and is making some mistakes, but genuinely wants to make things right. I hope she can stick to her refund promise this time. :c

Hey there! I'm the maker who is assisting fuchsia with the head. I offered to give her a hand after seeing the issues she's dealing with both in her personal life and business. She didn't ask me to do this, and of course, she gave all of my contact info to that commissioner as well as gave examples of my work so he could confirm this was okay before we did anything. I also stay in contact with him and give him frequent updates so he is comfortable. I just wanted to clarify this! I have offered my services to assist Fuchsia any time she needs help, and it will always be confirmed by the customer before anything is done. This was not asked of me, nor am I making money off of this at all, I had her send me the items to finish it up and I did. Fuchsia is a friend of mine and I have no problem assisting her with things with the consent of the commissioner of course. Thanks!

Ah, okay! I have no problems with it as long as the commissioner knows, and it looks like you three all cooperated with each other on this, which is the best way to go about it. It just seemed that she casually dropped it by journal, which wouldn't sit right with me.

For sure! I wouldn't take something to work on unless if the commissioner was alright with it, especially knowing makers styles vary, i'd fall off my seat if I wasn't asked and that happened haha!
