WHAT: Reference sheet

WHEN: April 20th 2017: Commissioned and paid. April 28th: Received first version which was inaccurate. April 30th: Received second version which now had a filter over it. May 1st: Opened a claim with Paypal and got refunded

EXPLAIN: Long story short: commissioned a reference of my character. Got a reference with some really random colors. Asked her to fix it. If she changed the color of the eyes, nose/lips, and tongue, I’d be content. Got two more versions of the same picture with filters over them. Got told she didn’t have the sai file anymore. Asked for a refund. Eventually got a refund. She then modified the pic a bit and sold the character after tweeting about it.

Long story long: I commissioned dog-bone during one of her weekly openings. Provided two references (one: http://i.imgur.com/1PhwRpx.png two: http://i.imgur.com/AIlxaLC.png.png ). Asked her to fix it and sent the comparison ( http://i.imgur.com/2At59jd.png ). Got sent the same picture, but this time with a filter over it ( http://i.imgur.com/fH4FnuD.png ). Then another ( http://i.imgur.com/6hbBwbi.png )
Noted her mentioning the mistakes again and asked if there was an issue: ( http://i.imgur.com/ScyPXDc.png ). Was told she doesn’t have the SAI file anymore. Asked for a refund ( http://i.imgur.com/H492aIE.png )

Told she doesn’t do refunds and that she delivered as close as possible ( http://i.imgur.com/15NiNm3.png ). I disagreed ( http://i.imgur.com/6VUtz1Y.png ) and replied to this note telling her I would be filing a claim with paypal which she replied to then blocked me ( http://i.imgur.com/AbNMt9b.png )
I got a refund.

Hey there everyone this is my first and hopefully only post I have to make here. I commissioned Dogbone over on inkbunny back in the beginning / middle of october when she was doing some in stream sketch comms. I've been boned over by artists in the past who've just taken my money and never delivered product so I figured a stream where I watch them make the art was a safe bet. everything seemed fine. I watched the stream and when the time came I watched her draw my character in a pin up feral pose and then I submitted my payment to her paypal. afterwhich we exchanged thank you's and went our separate ways as I began to wait for her to send it to me in email / upload it to her gallery for viewing / downloading. 2 weeks passed and several of her submissions came and went and I never heard or saw anything about my picture. So I sent her a note on IB. asking what was up.

So I submit this warning here, it seems that she's doing work which is great for those who receive it but this is but a complain from the one whom seems to be getting tossed through the ringer.

WHEN: It had been a month or two before I noticed trouble. I asked for updates, first she said her desktop computer or laptop was not working and she was unable to do digital art, but she had been submitting digital works while stating that. So, again I asked for updates after I presumed it was fixed, and she got VERY rude with me, stating I had to wait my turn just like everybody else. As of then, she has been continually submitting things digitally, and ignoring me when I asked for updates. NOW she's saying I never paid her.

Edit: She saw my paypal screenshot and apologized for saying that, so that's situated. Everything else, however is still valid.
This journal she says she owes me two icons, and my unanswered comment about updates.

EXPLAIN: I commissioned her in February because I had wanted some new icons, and noticed she was open. So I sent off my details via PM, and sent her the $6. I wanted for a month noticed she had completed every one else before me. I aske dher how my icons were coming once, and she said she was anable to do digital work because her computer was broken and she lost the files, I said alright and went on my merry way, I figured things would look up. A month or so later, maybe more, I notice she started submitting again, and when I asked for an update I got a nasty PM stating I needed to wait my turn just like every one else. Once I find the screenshot of this I will add it into the post.

It is now July, and i've flat out asked for my money back. However, she is now stating I never paid her, which in the above screenshot, and based on the paypal in her journal, I totally did. This is the first time i've ever had issues with an artist, so I waited WAY too long to file a dispute, let alone properly save and record messages pertaining to this due to being a victim of FA leaks, I delete my PMs regularly, so i'm desperately searching for proof i DID get to add to this post.

So, this is just a little beware to avoid this artist.
