I had hoped that this next weekend I would post a "resolved" post but when I got home from my aunt's funeral tonight I found this message in my inbox:

She refers to a bad-dealings thread on taxidermy.net where the only new message I had posted in reply since posting here and getting to see this dispute nearly resolved was a link to her artists-beware post, pointing out how she had reacted to it. That was going to be my last post concerning her, plus the resolution post when I did get my plush. It seems the post was removed, and I have a few PMs on those forums urging me to post my warning again as my own warning, and not Bob's (I had only been replying to his post about his bad dealings with her to share my own).

Then I found this beauty:

the top thread is from her fanpage on facebook and the very bottom of that image is from taxidermy.net. At the top she mentions giving me a day or so, and in her facebook PM the only thing she asks for is me removing my posts.

I am unsure what to do at this point. Thoughts?


ETA: Rereading that thread, I do want to clarify the "stay at home artist with no kids" comment that gets mentioned about the other forum as it seems to be lost on some critics: I meant that she was just a stay at home artist, and could not use kids as a valid reason for not working as that would be an understandable reason to me.

She makes some untrue statements in the comments as well as the main post, though that should be obvious to everyone by now. If there is a comment or statement she made that you want my side to just let me know. She does mention that I apologized to her here in the comments for some reason but I did not do that, at all, as can be seen.

ETA4: she deleted that post on furhideandbone. It got to around 40 comments (that I have saved via email if they're needed for whatever reason), mostly of people telling her to cool off. She deleted it and reposted this:

ETA5: I'm in the coffee shop now with nyaro and have picked up the plushie. Plushie-wise, this issue is resolved now. I'm in love all over again, it's like when I first got Babette who is my favorite ever.

My 2 cents: I have had nothing but professional dealings with skullgrrl.

I have had extremely frustrating dealings with grygon, where long after she bought something from me she also falsely slandered me in public like she seems to be doing here. (http://breakspire.livejournal.com/125094.html) She has a special way of pushing people past their breaking point, so I sympathize completely with skullgrrl on this.

the main issue is whether or not the trade was completed or is being resolved. you didn't mention that

The only tipping point for skullgrrl, at all, was me posting the first warning. As I mention in that warning, I was at a loss of what else to do since she was not communicating to me at all.

Someone in town is babysitting the doll, she's the one in the thread who asks if she has to give it to me.

well it seems like they're going to give it to you after they take pics? There's no record of this post you made to taxi.net, so if you had spread lies about skullgrll like you had me, I can understand why she upset and venting on her own facebook

and as I understand, you guys have had a relationship besides a professional one, which is probably why she messaged you in unprofessional way, because it was personal

I hadn't spread lies. Bob complained about her being a tire kicker (saying she wants something to buy but never paying, and coming up with numerous excuses as to why) and since I also had that problem with her I said as much. I also mentioned her work situation since it seemed relevant that she didn't exactly have an everyday excuse for treating us like this.

but as far as I can tell she did her half of the trade and she's just waiting for you to pick it up. She was unhappy with what you sent her and felt ripped off, but she apparently finished the doll.

it doesn't matter how angry she is or how slighted she is, the way she's talking in those public facebook posts about grygon is abhorrent. It's absolutely disgusting and there's no excuse for her to behave like this to another living, breathing human being, no matter how upsetting they may be.

It also doesn't matter how slandered she is, she's threatening to physically beat up Grygon as well. There's NO reason to ever react like this unless your actual life is being threatened. I'm really disgusted with her behaviour and I'm surprised anyone is trying to defend her actions right now. I certainly don't want to ever work with someone who will threaten to beat me up if the trade goes south :/

I should clarify: she got upset with me at the first warning post here. Which was weeks ago. She only just a few days ago even saw her warning post at the other forum.

The mods deleted it after a group of her fans from the 2nd link went in and white-knighted her (as mentioned in the 2nd link?). Bob didn't delete it, and mods have deleted posts that have gotten out of hand with arguing and bad language before. I know there are caps of it (they are mentioned in the 2nd link?) but I am not sure if they'll ever be posted anywhere. If anyone can figure out how to get cached threads here is the link it was under:

I am more than willing to share it, if there's a way to pull the cached copy even off my own computer??? Please let me know how if this is possible, my google searches can't find much but surely this has to be a possibility? My own cached copy wouldn't show her fans replying, as I never saw that (but have read of it) but it would show my replies which is what breakspire would like to see.

I guess I should clarify the babysitting: the weekend before Skullgrrl was to come into town, the week of my first warning, she said she could mail me the doll or bring it into town for a convention. My aunt then died and I was physically (and emotionally, my aunt was a huge influence in my life) unable to meet anyone to pick the doll up. Figuring it would save her on shipping I said to bring the doll anyway and one of her friends that lived here could babysit the doll. A few days ago I told this person that my aunt's funerals were this weekend so maybe we could meet next week so I could pick it up.

How is calling a customer the C word publicly in any way, shape or form "professional"? It doesn't matter how far past the breaking point you're pushed, you do not talk like that. Skullgrrl, no matter how "nice" she is, is behaving disgustingly and I'm absolutely never going to work with her if this is how she talks about her "problem" customers.

I mean really, threatening to punch you? That's 500 kinds of messed up. Sure, it's probably just tough talk, and were she ever to see you in RL, she'd most likely slink away, but it's still wrong to go around threatening physical violence on people over the internet.

Professional would have been; "Now that the issue is resolved could you please remove the post you had made about me?"

She really just slanders herself there by behaving the way she did.
